I've tried their cheddar jalapeño pretzel, which was really flavorful and delicious. I personally would've loved a little more salt or spice, but it was still very good. The staff is always incredibly friendly and genuinely loves to chat, which is one of my favorite things about coming to a local bakery. I recently got the chance to try their raspberry cupcake, and it was amazing. It tasted so fresh and moist, and the flavor was spot on without being overly sweet. I'm already planning a return visit to try another cupcake flavor soon. The inside is just as charming as the food, with cute signs throughout and a couple of small tables where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and treats. Overall, it's a great spot to stop by whether you're grabbing something to go or hanging out for a bit.

You are looking out to a street but the flowers REALLY make up for that! There is inside seating as well, table and chairs. You walk up and order. The desserts and separate from the main course items. I appreciated that! Made the lines go faster. The service on the other hand was lacking. I stood there waiting while 2 people had a convo and I felt ignored. I dropped a star for that reason. The key lime pie and dirt cup were very tasty!! This place is known for its "pattiecake" but I just felt it was a regular chocolate cake with frosting. They have plenty of desserts though! Overall this place gives "up scale Panera vibes" and I liked it! I would go back!

If you're looking for a table indoors and the main area is packed, head to the back (towards bathrooms) where you'll find two rooms with additional seating which are usually quieter. - I tend to go for sandwiches, which include house made chips. Honestly, when I first went, I wasn't a fan of the chips, but it didn't take long for me to like them. Once while dining in, I found that most of them were just tiny bits. Well when the waiter came to ask how things were, I told/showed him... just as an FYI, not expecting anything. Well, he kindly brought me a bag to replace them. -The staff is mostly kind, with two male waiters/runners being especially nice and helpful. While myself or others are waiting they'll give friendly smiles, see if you need anything in the meantime. I like them! - Although I go mainly for the sandwiches, (my favorite being the Southwest Chicken Panini available in the Fall), I also like the mac and cheese and fries. I used to love the coconut cake, but something about the last one I bought tasted different. The filling and the cake texture... weren't as tasty as I remember. During my last visit I tried, the Reuben. Not for me, but they have lots of other things to try.

Truthfully, I was on the hunt for a bathroom, but was more than willing to grab a sweet treat while we were there. I had already peeked at what people were enjoying out on the patio, and on such a perfect spring day, it was hard to pass up. We ended up trying a few macarons. They were beautifully displayed and there were so many flavors to choose from. We had a family dinner later that day, so they felt like a great option to bring along. We stopped in closer to 1pm so I'm guessing the selection of donuts and cakes was a bit picked over compared to the morning hours. That said, they still have a good variety and I would definitely go back earlier in the day to try one of those donuts! We had a few questions about how the macarons would hold up in a warmer car, and the employee helping us was happy to answer everything. It seemed like the owner was there as well and heading out for the day. She was very kind, especially to let us use the bathroom. One quick note, Google shows Amy's Cupcake Shoppe as permanently closed, so they may want to look into updating that. Overall, a really great stop and one I'm glad I stumbled into - those usually are the best!

The sandwich was dry and served cold, and the pretzels were also very dry. The staff was kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated, but the food quality just didn't meet expectations. I hope improvements are made because this spot has potential.

I will never stop recommending A Bakers Wife to family, friends, and neighbors. I first discovered…read morethis bakery when I moved into the surrounding neighborhood, and have since visited more times than I can count. All of the donuts here are wonderful - there is a large selection of cake and raised donuts, with different flavors rotating throughout the year. I have ordered 2-3 dozen to bring into work multiple times, and each time I get questions and remarks on how fresh and delicious they are. If I am in the mood for savory, a personal favorite of mine is the breakfast croissants: warm and oozing with cheese, ham, or spinach! Although my go-to is the chocolate croissant; I eat it almost weekly! The bakery also makes and decorates special occasion cakes. I recently ordered a Princess Torte for a friend's birthday, and it was a hit! I always feel welcomed at this bakery, no matter how busy or quiet a day it is. You can truly feel the love and warmth (and smell the deliciousness!) of the staff and community that frequently return as regulars. The prices are some of the best around, too!

Great with coffee, great to walk in and get a couple dozen for a work event or gathering! The space is small and gives a very homey vibe but I believe they were bought out by Woullet recently. I popped in this morning to get 2 1/2 dozen cake donuts for a work event and had lovely and quick service. Donuts here are still super cheap which is amazing! There are lots of other baked goods to try here but I am so loyal to the cake donuts that I rarely want to venture out of my comfort zone. Many items in the display case look pretty delicious too though! Maybe one day I will branch out. Also conveniently close to Northern Coffeeworks for a proper latte :)

The food was amazing, and everything we ordered was delicious. Our server made the experience even better. On paper: sounds great, supporting local, an area that needs thriving business because lots of things around it are...struggling or don't feel safe / look good. Beautiful restaurant if going based off of just aesthetics. They couldn't cram more tables in there if they tried so all those people must have different thoughts! I couldn't hear a friend talking 2 seats away from me. The irony of a 2 hour reservation for Sunday brunch and waiting an hour and a half for food. Maybe its because we had a group of 7 today but our waitress straight up refilled our water once and then avoided eye contact for the next hour 20. We had to ask other staffers after an hour where our food since members of our group had to leave shortly after scarfing their food down. Food: mixed reviews from my table but most agreed the bread pudding French toast was a dense blob. I ordered the farmers brunch and subbed a pancake for the French toast - the best decision I made. Bacon was worse than a drive thru: either burnt or straight up uncooked fat. Left it on my plate. The potatoes were the real star but not for a $20 meal. Anyways, go at your own risk! I don't eat out a lot for breakfast / brunch so this was supposed to be a treat for me but ended up being a waste of money.
