However, the process fell apart due to the management. When I returned on December 23, I was immediately asked by staff if I spoke Spanish. When I said no, the atmosphere changed. The manager, Nutiva, has been incredibly rude and is now blocking my employment over a redundancy in banking paperwork, despite me already providing my direct deposit information. It appears this location prefers a specific demographic. During my visits, I noticed the staff is entirely Hispanic, and after being asked about my Spanish speaking abilities, I feel I am being pushed out based on my background rather than my ability to cook.
