We needed a little pick-me-up during our shopping spree day, so we thought Auntie Anne's is pretty quick and their menu offers easily edible options for on-the-go. First thing I noted was that the customer service wasn't great. The girl at the counter who took our order looked like she didn't even want to be there, let alone the tone of her voice just sounded irritated as well. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but unfortunately, that doesn't reflect so great on the company as a whole. Second thing, was the mini dog pretzels that we got were completely unevenly cooked. The bottoms were a little burnt, yet the sides on some of them were still doughy. Maybe it just depends on the oven placemat during cooking, but it wasn't a great taste and texture combo. I would have retuned them or asked for a different batch, but we took these to go and ate them on the road. Service was great! Although it was extremely busy, staff was so kind and helpful. (So different than how it was a couple months ago - staff was the complete opposite.) glad to see friendly faces in there makes the experience SO much better. My pretzels were freshly made, so they were nice and warm. I got the sweet almond and the crunch is so good with the softness and sweetness. My daughter LOVED the watermelon frost, I just wish they offered it in a bigger size. I don't come to Hanford often, but next time I drive through I will definitely be stopping by to grab a couple for the road! Nice welcoming service and good looking pretzels. I got a free one for my birthday so I had to go get one! You get to choose whatever flavor you want. I picked the cinnamon sugar pretzel. Split it in half to share. Heated it and oh my goodness! It was delicious! Yum! Highly recommended! read more

Place went down hill once one of their long term employees left. Come to find out they also went and fired everyone and basically rebuilt the entire staff. Absolutely terrible workplace, customer service, and an environment. Do not give this franchise your money. read more

I bought three salted pretzels and three cheeses. I watched the girl (who was alone) redip the plain pretzels in butter and salt them. Which is not standard procedure but whatever. However once she handed me the pretzels they were hard. One was much harder than the others. I know the economy is trash but for 28 dollars I'd at least like fresh pretzels. When I kindly asked for fresh ones, she told me the wait time and I said no problem. When the pretzels were ready she gave me only one salted one without a word and walked away. Now while she could've been nicer and also chose to only give me one (knowing that one was much older than the other two) I do want to acknowledge that she was probably trained to do so. Like I stated before she was alone the whole time I was there. I think this is less her fault and more managements fault. The pepperoni and hot dogs were also left out the whole time I was there, and looked as if they had been out for a while. Save your money and make them at home. read more

Upon arrival i see the same person working that i do every time that i come here. the variety of the menu is mouth watering. i love the freshness that each pretzel brings. If they do not have the pretzel that you want they will make it right there for you which is awesome. my favorite so far is the pizza pretzel with the spicy cheese dip. each and every time that i come here i try a new flavor of the lemonade and i can honestly tell you every one of them is delicious. the worker there is always quick and efficient with her duties and she gives great customer service. read more
