Meatlovers burger with a side salad
Estrella Z.

Love the food here! I had the meat lover hamburger. Its on a broiche bun and the patty was juicy and handmade. It was huge. If they put a knife in it, you probably aren't going to finish it. There was sooo much on the burger. Crispy onion, tri tip, bacon....oh my! I only ate half. But it was even better the next day warmed up. Had the Neva say Neva beer. Im not a big beer drinker so this was perfect.

Well, last time I had a good experience this time wasn't as good. Seems that the girl at the counter was too focused on talking to the male employees there and was annoyed with anything I asked. I ordered wings and got all flats. I asked her why I got all flats hoping she would offer to switch out some pieces for drums but she simply stated "I guess that's what the cook got out the bag" and laughed it off back to her post chit chatting with her friends. It wasn't even that busy. She really annoyed me and had a very dismissive attitude.

Had dinner here with friends after a day in Sequoia National Park. Post hike burger and beer is always a great combo. The burgers and in my case, the bratwurst definitely hit the spot and we enjoyed their selection of beers.

Kaweah burger

Food and beer was outstanding. I had a wonderful time eating and drinking with friends at this location. Exceptional service. I will be a return customer.

Violet and Chloe were amazing! I tried a couple of the IPAs (for my worn out knee) , and the kolche for a backup, and the stout (for dessert). Very good! The mussels were an appetizer.....but hearty and generous enough for my dinner with plenty of garlic and bread. My husband had the meat lovers burger. All food and drink were well worth the money and the music was a good 90s vibe. When we put it in on my map... it took me straight to Lowe's.... Don't fret... it's on the outskirts of the Lowe's parking lot. Don't give up... it's worth it! Ohhhh.... Free tastings... and the Larry porter was nice as well! We visited after declining the mountain after 100 giants sequoia trail. Please visit!... I totally redeemed myself after an awful steakhouse suggestion near the Grand Canyon!

Wonderful food and the beer was tasty! Quaint atmosphere. Servers were very knowledgeable about the area and the brewery's history and op!

There is no outdoor patio here . Don't bring your dogs here. I don't know if anything inside is good or not.

Having recently heard the news about the closure, I would like to recall the good and mostly the…read morebad. Sequoia Brewing was best for the affordable drinks and not for any food items. Drinks were always made strong and the servers were pleasant although the food always took forever to come out. The food always tasted frozen and oily. The health score should have deterred us and we were always met with sticky tables and glasses. *Three Rivers Mojito: could have used more mint but boy was the rum pour heavy. The lime taste was strong and I would have like more strawberry puree. *Pretty In Pink: fruity and sour with a strong alcoholic finish. I wanted more of a elderflower and hibiscus flavor but the prominent raspberry taste was still good. *Watermelon Vodka: slightly artificial but wow was the vodka heavy. Despite ordering this during happy hour, the pour was generous and the glass was massive. *Fried Pickles: the batter was incredibly thick and it wasn't cooked through. I literally had to peel off the doughy exterior to enjoy the classic pickle. This item needed more time in the fryer and the batter recipe should be revised. *Potstickers: the only decent food item. This was most likely frozen given the perfectly identical creases but it was steamed properly. The dipping sauce was flavorful and vinegary. *Fish and Chips: suffered from the same thick and flavorless batter. The fries were alright, salty and crispy. The cod was tough and rubbery. I mostly ate the fries with the tartar sauce and ranch and left the fish alone. Sequoia Brewing, your cheap drinks will be missed but pretty much nothing else.

The moment we dined in, it looked like place was quite hectic…read more We were seated right away by host, however it took more than 20 minutes to get our ordered placed. The chicken pesto we ordered was quickly served after. As for the meal review, sauce was quite salty and chicken texture was hard. I understand it was chicken breast but it was not like usual taste. Beer was great, I enjoyed Pomegranate Ale I chose. Didn't expect we had not so pleasant experience here.

We went off our route a bit to get here for lunch as we all enjoy breweries and distilleries. We…read morearrive and were greeted and seated quickly by smiling folks behind the bar. They have a beautiful still and the distillery and brewery equipment are all on display alongside the restaurant and bar. Fairly typical small town bar & grill layout. On this day, we ordered at the bar. I'm not sure if that's always the case. We got a variety of entrees and all six of us liked our meals. Tri-tip steak sandwich, French Dip, tacos, fish and chips, and I got frog legs and deviled eggs from the apps menu. Everything was tasty. However, they only had 3 of their own beers on tap and no tastings available of their spirits. Said their brewer and distiller hadn't been in for quite awhile so production was behind. I wish them well as they work thru their absences and ailments. The two beers I tried, a porter and a schwarzbier, were ok. So, right now, it's a fine eatery, but a disappointing brewery & distillery.

I'm usually not so picky, but this server pushed all the wrong buttons. Looking over previous…read morereviews, I agree when Anonymous said, "The service is poor here. The owner needs to do better when it comes to service." My wife and I have been here six or seven times and have noticed the service has been steadily going downhill. This place was empty, and the server behind the bar was accommodating when there wasn't anything more pressing, like answering the phone. Our party of four ordered four entrees, two appetizers, and some beer and sodas. My beer flight and my wife's beer came out lukewarm. When the appetizers came out with the meal, the server told me that if I wanted the appetizers before the entrees, I should have told her when I placed the order. (She didn't bother to ask when I wanted them.) She doesn't seem to understand that an appetizer is a dish of food served before the main course of a meal to stimulate one's appetite. My sides of tater tots were so cold, I took them back to the counter to get reheated. I was very disappointed in my Tuesday lunch. Hopefully, you will have better luck than us.

It's still dark, with dark wood tables -- a very old-school bar in the best possible way. It had been so many years that I didn't recognize any servers, but the woman who served us was very friendly, prompt and attentive. We sat at a small table for two in the bar, and we each ordered a drink (beer for him, cider for me) and we split a full order of nachos. They also brought us water without asking which was a very nice touch. Our drinks were good (mine was in a can, so it was exactly as expected). Husband ordered a dark draft beer that he enjoyed. The nachos were good. It was a generous serving and we liked how the meat was thoroughly cooked and we also liked how the chips didn't get soggy. One thing we both noticed is that there was a real shortage of cheese on the nachos, and we both feel like that's a crucial nacho ingredient: we would have liked a significant amount more cheese. Prices were quite fair for what we got. Anyway... it was a real nostalgic trip into 'Stones and we enjoyed it: we'll be back.
