Update 6/13/26: It was a hot day so I was excited to get some Dole whip because it was so delicious last time I got it. $5 for a big cup and it's enough to share. However, when receiving the dole whip it was already instantly melted. It was pretty much a smoothie. I ended up just getting a straw and drinking it. They make their pretzels very fresh and I've always preferred them to any other pretzel chain because their pretzels have the right amount of savory, buttery, and crusty. Obviously pretzels are not the healthiest thing but when I do eat them I like to make sure that it's at this pretzel place. I think sometimes their food can be a bit off like the cheese sauce gets a little chunky fast or it might not be right out of the oven. When the pretzels do take time to bake when they run out, it takes 8-10 minutes to wait and that can take awhile too. But overall this is the best pretzel place that sells the Parmesan pretzel hands down. So good! read more

The best place to get pretzels is Pretzel Place, located in Fashion Fair Mall! They offer MANY pretzel flavors that you can combine and make the ultimate pretzel. My favorite flavor combination is sesame seeds and parmesean cheese. They also offer drinks, dole whips, dips/sauces, and more. Prices are fair, and they offer a pretzel punch card that you can use each time you buy a pretzel, and after 6 punches (I believe), you get a free pretzel! The customer service here is hit or miss, though. Sometimes you'll get someone serving you who is nice and attentive, and other times you'll get someone who is rude and doesn't seem to want to be there at all. Besides that, though, this is the place to be for good pretzels. They even have a glass window on the outside of their shop so that you can watch them make the pretzels. Pretty neat. The girl here must hate her job or maybe she just has poor social skills. She had a straight face and seemed so robotic . Just the way she spoke was rude. I got the original pretzel . I saw her grab what looked like a paint brush (pretty sure it is ) and grabbed a huge glob of butter and smeared it all over the pretzel. I said no no no butter but she didn't hear me . The pretzel was swimming in butter. I used a napkin to take off some butter then thought I should take a picture . This picture taken after getting a napkin to wipe the butter off the bottom . Very good freshly made pretzels. I had never tried this place. There is a coupon sheet at the guest service counter. One of the coupons is BOGO free pretzel. The coupon made for a good deal but I'll definitely be a returning customer. read more

My kids and I usually stop for a pretzel every time we are in the mall...but this time was a horrible experience. It was Wed, so I ordered the special. I was charged for 3 when one should have been free. When I asked about the charge I was told he didn't hear me. When I asked to speak to a manager, employee refused saying it was confidential. The managers name is confidential?? I asked for the managers number so I could call and was refused. I asked for the employees name and he refused again. I left my number so the manager could call ME. I have yet to hear from anyone. Never have I experienced such lousy customer service. read more

Good spot for a really quick 'mall pretzel'. Same overall experience that you'd get at an Auntie Anne's or Wetzels Pretzels. Highly recommend waiting a couple extra minutes for one of the fresh pretzels. And don't forget the cheese sauce! Yum. read more

Hi I'm a security guard in the mall I went there last night towards closing to get the last of the pretzels like they normally give and I normally get them for free I went there last night and was denied customer service telling me that we're not supposed to give out free pretzels towards the end but that makes me confused because during the week when it's the guys at the time I will get the last pretzels free but when greeted by the female staff they told me that they don't give out free pretzels and that they're not supposed to do that so all in all bad experience because we're getting cross information and different service so some nights we get free pretzels when is the guy staff and when it's a female staff we can't get free pretzels so I don't like this and it's miss information of how things are at that establishment and needs to be fixed all in all the lady's that serviced me were great and amazingly friendly it was just upsetting that things are being done one day and not the next or that it's a hit and miss depending on who is working that day,night. read more

This place gets a 1 for service and a 5 for pretzels themselves. My family and I have been visiting this location for years and years, and only recently had an issue. I went on a Friday night, solely for the pretzels. I asked them to cook them FRESH and lightly cooked. Told them I was fine with waiting. The guy handed me the bag and said, "the pretzel on the bottom looks like it doesn't have extra parmesan but It does. Promise" great, I left. Turns out the one he promised was good was completely black, burnt. I wasn't about to go back and wait another 30 minutes looking for mall parking so I dealt with it. I ended up shopping at the mall the next day and went to buy another one. Told the "manager" about the situation and they basically didn't give a shit. Said there was nothing they could do without a receipt. Not even remaking a $3 pretzel. WHY would I keep a receipt for a pretzel??? Their employee consciously lied to me. Definitely the best of the three pretzel places in Fashion Fair! I believe they have the cheapest prices as well. The pretzels are thick and delicious. Regardless of whether you're getting an original pretzel, a specialty pretzel or a pizza pretzel they are all fantastic. The staff is nothing amazing, but when you're dealing with them for such a short period of time it doesn't really matter. The price and quality are well worth it. read more
