I think the business should be aware of the unprofessionalism behind the counter today. I really don't write reviews often, but I had asked three different times for my order. Person behind the counter was a female who did not acknowledge me, but instead continued a personal phone call on her cell phone speaking Spanish. Then got my order wrong numerous times because she wasn't paying attention to the customer but instead her personal cell phone. I then physically pointed at which ones I wanted for her to then respond with that I was telling her the wrong kind but she wasn't paying attention to me because not only did I point at them numerous times, but I was saying the correct terminology each time. Came to get something different. Mix up the menu! Ordered a badges of plain pretzels with pizza, jalapeño cheddar and cheddar cheese sauces. Not the best service. Oh well! We walked in right as 2 large groups of people had just wrapped up their transactions so we weren't expecting the nice customer service we got! They were quick and attentive despite the large crowds and had nice, hot, melty pretzels ready for us anyways. Just clean your pans and take the pretzels out before the burn. It doesn't matter if you get your pretzels fresh out of the oven, or if they'd been sitting there all day - they'll taste super stale, hard and burnt. If you request pretzels that aren't burned or cooked too long they'll ignore you and give you the worst possible pretzels. It's hard to communicate with the workers. There were 2 staff on duty one making the pretzels and the other at the register. Usually this place is just okay but the last time I visited I ordered a pepperoni jalapeno pretzel and it tasted fresh like fresh off the oven and the love the crunch on the bottom. The pretzels always smell good when you walk by, so this makes a quick snack very tempting. However, RESIST!!! It is pricey and stale. A box of the cinnamon Bitz box is $6+...really...for bite size pretzels in a box....?? The slushee drink is $4+ and the regular pretzel is $4+... If I could do 0 stars I would. Came here on my lunch to grab a pretzel, no line, perfect! I walk in and the employee didn't even look at me. Had her back turned to me and kept sweeping. Stood there for a solid 30 seconds and she asked with her back turned "what kind of pretzel would you like?" So I told her a plain preztel, NORMALLY they ask if I want salt. Was I asked? No. Did she wash her hands after sweeping? No. She threw the pretzel in the bag, and when I asked if she could salt it, she paused, and with attitude said "so a salted pretzel?" I was thrown off by her response, I told her "yes please". She took the pretzel back out of the bag and threw it on the counter and proceeded to put salt on it. She then brought the pretzel over to the register, tossed it on the counter and rang me up. I'm used to being asked if I want cheese sauce, which sometimes I will, but it's the fact that they normally ask.. or try and make conversation. The way she handled the transaction with her attitude and ZERO sense of customer service was absolutely atrocious. I have oil or butter leaking through my bag, and after that service, it makes me not even want to eat my pretzel anymore. This is just a weird place! Odd customer service. I didn't have the rude experience that others reviews did, but it leaves a lot to be desired. The pretzels are not good! How do you have a pretzel store with bad pretzels? Even movie pretzels are better! Not to mention less money. Headed here to get some pretzels before watching a movie. Total came out to $12.74. My sister had $20.75 and I had gave her $2.00 so she could get $10.01 back. Got change and left, but realized a few minutes later he gave us $8.01 back. Went to complain and the guy who rang us up said "sorry you only gave us $20.75" even though my sister had NO small bills in her wallet except the $8 in change. I told him I was positive we gave $22.74 to him and he said the only way to solve if we're lying or not is through the camera and I said "okay look at them then" and he said he couldn't. Like okay why did you mention it then? After that he said he can't tell until the end of the night after they close the registers and I said ok so what happens when it turns out I'm right and you're wrong? Where does my extra cash go? And he said "oh well then we keep it too bad for you" like WHAT?? Lol. In the end he gave me the $2.00 and told me to leave. Honestly, it was just $2.00 but he was being so rude and quick to accuse of us lying that I didn't want to let it go. PLUS, we asked for two plain pretzels and got two salted pretzels. Nothing beats a fresh batch of salty and buttery pretzels. Conveniently located close to the hospital specially when a love one is craving for pretzels. It saved me time and gas driving around for it. The cashier was friendly as well. read more

Me and my sister came in here they had a 2 for 5 deal then they start adding all the extra charges plus a small lemonade that the guy Jorge filled up with mostly ice we had a mix up about which pretzel I wanted we came back to fix it the man gave us attitude about it then said it would cost more we had to pay the difference. So mainly they just charge extra for everything that's fine it's the company itself I did not feel the man had to be rude to us both employees just seemed like they hated working there and interacting with clients also they had a buy 2 get 1 free and he neglected to let us know but informed another customer. We didn't get our extra pretzel until we went back in to fix our order and still had to argue about it with him.
