The employee that provided bad service
    Tap P.

This place is the worst customer service, dirty store and the pretzels are old and they refuse to cook more. I went in at around 4:30pm and they had very few pretzels. I asked if they were going to make more and they said in 15 minutes but continued to do other things. Then told me after paying to get out of their store and wait outside for the pretzels. Other individuals that were not "Black" and waiting but told my and my child I had to get out. I was completely irate with such rude service and asked to speak to the manager and the individual said I am the manager still being rude and nasty. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE and RUDE EMPLOYEES. I saw them drop pretzels on the ground and pick them back up and pretend like they did not fall. YUCK!

My favorite carbs and sodium source. I've diabetes and high blood pressure, so I shouldn't be eating these. But it's too good. I recommend getting these hot and fresh from the oven.

Service was fast, friendly and prompt as we were the only ones in there at the time. The chairs are a little uncomfortable for people with bigger hips and thighs, so next time we'll sit at the high top. Everything was well seasoned and good. The mild heat was perfect for me, but medium was too hot. My daughter got hot and I declined to try it. Surprisingly the smash burger was the best thing we had. The crimson onion was very good as well. We would return.

Heat comes in five different levels from county to burn. I ordered the three-tender combo in country that came with fries, a drink, and two sauces. The tenders at the country level had just enough spice for me to keep it interesting, but not burn. My friend ordered medium and it was making him sweat. The fries were perfect and both sauces were good. The crimson sauce has a nice flavor, and while I don't like Ranch, the chunky ranch they offered had a light, non-overpowering flavor. Considering how busy they were, we received our food in a reasonable amount of time. Overall food was tasty and I would return here again.

They had the fast-food dopamine thing fully activated. Messy. Simple. Effective. The kind of side that steals attention from the burger without apologizing. The food overall was good but the energy around it threw the whole thing off. Flavor was there. Execution was there. But the vibe made everything taste a little dimmer. Food can only carry so much when the room feels like everybody clocked in against their will. Staff was miserable across the board. No warmth. No smile. No "what's up." Everyone looked jailed and unable to leave. A basic smile would have changed the whole experience. Instead the service made the meal feel heavier than it needed to. We stood in line which took about 10 to 15 minutes. Once we placed the order we stood by the pick up counter, expecting it to come out rather promptly. No lie, from the time I ordered, based on my receipt, to the time they called us, It was 31 minutes! We saw the sandwiches sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to be wrapped. Other orders were done before ours. Mind you, the bread was soggy from the condiments and the lettuce and tomato chillin on it. I didn't understand why someone else had to wrap it and put it in the bag. As expected, my chicken rainbow bowl was cold. The rice was cold and dry. Couldn't even warm it up because of the avocado, hummus and tomatoes in it. We had missing sides. One of the sides given was incorrect. We had to go back to ask for the missing sides. You would think after 30 minutes, they would have our order correct. The manager was nice enough to understand the frustration after the employee tried to correct us and said she did put the correct sides. No one is trying to lie for coleslaw...... To top it off, we had stomach issues after. Never again.

Then to follow it up the service from our waiter Andrew was first class. He took care of us in a timely manner as well as gave great menu recs with even better service throughout our dinner. The food came out and was to die for especially the Kimchi Crab Dip! This place was so good we decided to come back for brunch the next day. My oh my am I glad we did, we had the most amazing experience getting in as soon as they opened. From there received great service from Misha and the food came out even better than before. I cannot stress it enough that THIS IS THE BEST BRUNCH I HAVE EVER HAD. The French toast made my taste buds dance every bite. The chicken and waffles cooked to perfection and filled with such flavor. Then the Kentucky Hot Brown is the food you wouldn't expect you needed in your life but you do. The sweet buns were so good I preferred them over the Cinnabon across the street. All in all if I could rate this out of 10 it was a 20 for how good everything was. I would recommend Brunch over dinner but both still were good. I for sure will be flying from California just for this place again. Succotash staff and cooks thank you all. Especially Andrew and Misha yall are amazing!

I ordered the Vibrant Vegan bowl with falafel, brown basmati rice, lentils, tabbouleh, hummus, pickled onions, cabbage slaw, and lemon garlic sauce. Every ingredient tasted fresh and intentional. The falafel had a perfect crisp exterior while staying soft and herbaceous inside, and the lemon garlic sauce tied everything together beautifully. As someone who loves Cava, this immediately gave me that same customizable Mediterranean experience -- but honestly, this bowl held its own. The vegetables were crisp, the portions generous, and everything looked just as good as it tasted. Even after taking it back to the hotel, it still ate incredibly well. The staff moved the line efficiently despite how busy it was, and the open kitchen concept added to the experience watching everything being prepared fresh. Definitely a spot worth the wait if you want something flavorful, fresh, and satisfying without feeling heavy.

They were a bit understaffed for the lunch rush, so it was a bit longer of a wait than it should have been, in my opinion. I built my own rice bowl on this visit, which included chicken, veggies, hummus, and a few other random goodies! It was super yummy and came served up with a side pita. My only critique was that the protein serving size was smaller than I expected for the price. Overall, a great, healthier option for lunch or dinner in the area!
