The employee that provided bad service

This place is the worst customer service, dirty store and the pretzels are old and they refuse to cook more. I went in at around 4:30pm and they had very few pretzels. I asked if they were going to make more and they said in 15 minutes but continued to do other things. Then told me after paying to get out of their store and wait outside for the pretzels. Other individuals that were not "Black" and waiting but told my and my child I had to get out. I was completely irate with such rude service and asked to speak to the manager and the individual said I am the manager still being rude and nasty. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE and RUDE EMPLOYEES. I saw them drop pretzels on the ground and pick them back up and pretend like they did not fall. YUCK!

My favorite carbs and sodium source. I've diabetes and high blood pressure, so I shouldn't be eating these. But it's too good. I recommend getting these hot and fresh from the oven.

After first trying a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich in Los Angeles, the Lebanese-American quickly developed a spicy obsession. Two weeks later, Hijazi traveled to Nashville to sample as much of the regional specialty as possible. A few weeks after that, he returned to meet the chefs behind the hot commodity. After some experimenting, Hijazi perfected his recipe in his garage, and soon he was on his way to building his own brand. Crimson Coward was officially founded in 2018, and the first brick-and-mortar location opened in Downey the following year. Every location of Crimson Coward prepares dishes featuring chicken that is fresh-never-frozen, non-GMO, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, all-natural, and 100% halal. As of 2026, Crimson Coward has 19 locations in five states. My family and I recently visited the Crimson Coward in National Harbor, Maryland (opened in February 2025) while we were staying in the area for a few days. As dinnertime approached, we headed to the waterfront to choose from area's plethora of great restaurants. When we saw Crimson Coward, we were immediately in the mood for Nashville Hot Chicken. We looked over the menu and decided to order multiple staples. I had the "Joey-Eat-Fries" (chopped chicken, sauce, slaw, pickles & cheese over fries), my wife had "The Crimson" (breast, Crimson sauce, pickles & slaw on brioche bun), our older son had the "Crimson Nugs" (served w/ pickles & Crimson sauce), and our younger son had the "Loaded Mac" (mac topped w/ diced chicken, melted cheese & Crimson sauce). Everything was excellent; delicious and generous portions of chicken and some really great sauce too! We were all thoroughly happy with our experience at Crimson Coward and would definitely visit again if we see another location in the future!

We requested a seat outside for the lovely weather. The patio is beautiful. Unfortunately, it did start raining so we moved inside, equally attractive. Our server was exceptional. I wish I could remember his name, but I brought my baby with me and when he was throwing a fit, my server handled the situation with such calm and understanding. Because of my beautiful little fit-thrower, I did leave early however I was still able to get a little nibble of my food before we took it to go. For my drink, I ordered the "Waaaay South" cocktail. Let's just say it had me waaaay tipsy (positive). For starters, I had the fried green tomato salad, crab cake, and Jamie's cornbread. Everything was good, but I have to highlight the Jamie's cornbread. It was so moist and melt in your mouth, honey. For my entrée, I had shrimp and grits and it was okay. I enjoyed my short visit to Succotash and I will return when I'm in town.

At first, I wasn't sure it was going to be enough food for two people, but I was definitely wrong! They started us off with four fried wings and the fried green tomato salad. The wings were really good, and the dressing on the salad was delicious. The fried green tomatoes were so good, I could have eaten the whole plate by myself! Then the Mac and cheese came out, followed by the catfish and chicken and waffles. By the time everything hit the table, we were stuffed! We did order an additional order of wings because they were so good. Everything else was good as well, and the presentation of the food was really nice. Everything came out looking appetizing and well put together. Our server, Niecy, was very nice and attentive. She made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. I also want to mention that everyone working in the restaurant was friendly, which really added to the overall experience. I only have two suggestions: * The bathrooms need better lighting. I felt like I was using the bathroom in the dark! * I think they should give you more than four wings for two people with the family-style meal, especially since the wings were so good. Overall, we had a really good experience. The food was good, the portions were filling, the presentation was great, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back! I'm glad we decided to give this place a try because it really is a hidden gem.

I ordered the Vibrant Vegan bowl with falafel, brown basmati rice, lentils, tabbouleh, hummus, pickled onions, cabbage slaw, and lemon garlic sauce. Every ingredient tasted fresh and intentional. The falafel had a perfect crisp exterior while staying soft and herbaceous inside, and the lemon garlic sauce tied everything together beautifully. As someone who loves Cava, this immediately gave me that same customizable Mediterranean experience -- but honestly, this bowl held its own. The vegetables were crisp, the portions generous, and everything looked just as good as it tasted. Even after taking it back to the hotel, it still ate incredibly well. The staff moved the line efficiently despite how busy it was, and the open kitchen concept added to the experience watching everything being prepared fresh. Definitely a spot worth the wait if you want something flavorful, fresh, and satisfying without feeling heavy.

A fast casual spot, you get to choose from a pre-set choice or build your own Mediterranean entree. Bowl, pita, or salad...with tons of topping and sauce options to choose from. They were a bit understaffed for the lunch rush, so it was a bit longer of a wait than it should have been, in my opinion. I built my own rice bowl on this visit, which included chicken, veggies, hummus, and a few other random goodies! It was super yummy and came served up with a side pita. My only critique was that the protein serving size was smaller than I expected for the price. Overall, a great, healthier option for lunch or dinner in the area!

Now, y'all know I love catfish, but that one wasn't a winner for me. Still, I'll be back to try the ribs and that bread pudding I keep hearing about. Normally, I'd deduct a star, but Chef's personality and hospitality more than made up for it. I watched him move around the restaurant, checking in on guests to make sure everyone was satisfied. He even took the time to walk an elderly customer home who lived nearby in the community -- that spoke volumes. And hear me out... even the sweet tea was good! Go meet Chef. Eat! EAT! EAT!
