    Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets

Honestly very disappointed by this location upstairs. Lack of cinnamon and sugar on the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. The lady was in such a rush to take my order talking very quickly to get through it. Asked about the rewards at the end and she had already closed the screen for points. This location needs to be checked up on. Not impressed. Can see by others that others are not impressed either with the low star count.

Came in again recently on a deal and we tried several more flavors. Still hard to just pick up your order and there's always people there. Anyway, pizza was underwhelming. Probably because without sauce it just doesn't quite hit the mark. Garlic and parmesan had a very unpleasant chemical taste. Maybe the parm was bad? Anyway, it was awful. Sour cream and onion was good though. They just kind of shake the flavor on it so you definitely need to scoop it from the corner of the bag, but it's not that hard to do. Sweet almond was super delicious though. Still liking their pretzels in general.

    Mm! Honey almond pretzel :)

Wow. Maybe it's time for an updated review of this place. We love their honey glazed almond pretzels. It seems to be a popular one here too as they were all out. They were making a fresh batch and asked if I wanted to wait 5 minutes for a hot one. Of course I waited. I got two, one free pretzel for my birthday. 5 star. (Sign up for their email list.) They were still hot when I took them home! Oh I also like their mini dogs. As for water, they gave me a cup with a lid and straw. Talk about great staff!

We do not recommend going to the lower level location at Clackamas. We had to wait 10 minutes for our order, which was understandable. I only ordered one thing and I had to keep repeating my order because she kept getting it wrong. When we got our order, half of the cup was just sugar and cinnamon piled up to the top. We literally had to dig through the cup filled with cinnamon and sugar to find a few pretzels. We sat in a table in front and the workers were watching us dig to find our pretzels and laughed as it was some kind of joke to them. We even had a family sitting next to us with the same order, but they had a reasonable amount of sugar and cinnamon. I basically paid for just a large cup of sugar and cinnamon.

Soft pretzels make great snack Auntie Anne's cinnamon sugar pretzels remind me of when I was young and my mom made cinnamon toast for us every morning. They're just as soft, messy and yummy. You can order all sorts of pretzels here with different dips, including a healthy option of whole wheat and fruit. But come on, if you have a choice of a soft, buttery pretzel dipped in cinnamon sugar and that one, which one would you choose? These are addictive and very messy, so don't try eating one over your work clothes. Tip: Order some fresh lemonade to wash that pretzel down. It tastes homemade with plenty of fresh lemon and sugar --- in fact almost too much, so add some water to it.

The lower location near Barnes and Noble is killing it! Freshest pretzels and awesome service. Keep up the good work!

I ordered the cool wrap combination and it was perfect for me. I read one review of this item where the person was disappointed that it wasn't hot chicken, but a very clearly is called a cool wrap so it tells you that the chicken is cold and it's very refreshing like a salad. Instead of the higher calorie dressing that comes on it, I opted for the fat-free honey mustard. One thing I wish was different is that they put the sauce right on the wrap because it was quite a challenge to open it up put the spread on it and then essentially remake it. I found there was more of the wrap than I needed so I just ate most of the contents out of it, but the rapid itself was tasty. Because I saved calories on the wrap and on the dressing, I went ahead and had the waffle cut fries and man, those are good! Really generous sized order and very fresh and delicious. I wanted an Arnold Palmer and was very impressed that they gave me so many different ordering options, such as using sweet tea or diet lemonade. I wanted unsweetened tea but regular lemonade and they had that too. This location has a kids play area, maybe they all do, I haven't been to many, but I was very impressed with the area that is set aside for kids to plan. I also liked the fact that you can order from your table using the app and they'll bring it out to you. What I did not care for is that there are no regular parking spaces in front of the location. You have to go up on the terrorist part of the parking lot because the spaces in front are reserved for a drive-through, handicapped, and curbside pick up only. Very busy place with tons of people in line for the drive-through, but they seem to be moving people through pretty quickly. Overall, an excellent five star experience.

We went into the restaurant, to avoid the very long line in the drive thru. However, I noticed, while in the dining area, that the drive thru does move pretty quickly. The dining area is really large with lots of tables. It was fairly busy on a Saturday evening, which we expected. It seems well maintained and kept as clean as possible for such a busy place. Our server at the counter seemed like he was a newer employee but we worked everything out and he was very friendly. We chose a spicy and original sandwich meals with fries. Plus, added some chicken nuggets to try with some sauces. Everything came to our table quickly, served hot, and delivered by 2 very friendly servers. Everything was delicious! The chicken is hot, juicy and tasted great. The fries are seasoned great and the nuggets are well above the standard. The blasphemous part, I don't like chick-fil-a sauce. It just wasn't good! The honey mustard was so much better. The menu prices are very reasonable for the quality for chicken being served. Most other fast food restaurants are comparable in price now for their "fancy" sandwiches. I really enjoyed our meal and we'll be back again soon.

It was fine because it must mean their food is good :) We ordered Dave's combo #3 which came with 1 tender, 1 sandwich, fries and a piece of bread. My husband and I don't normally eat much so this combo was just right for us. You can order different spice level for each piece of chicken. We ordered Hot for the sandwich and medium for the tender. Hot is spicy but it is really not super spicy. In fact, it is more salty than spicy. I think I can definitely get the spice level one notch up but I don't think my husband can handle it. We suspect that they marinate their chicken pieces in brine. This may explain why the chicken is very salty. However the chicken was very moist. The Hot piece felt like it was even saltier than the medium spice level. Not that it was not good but it definitely helps to eat the chicken with bread! Their fries are crinkle style and was fried to perfection. It was seasoned well. I like it just the way it was prepared. The service was good. We will definitely go back again.

Upon first bite you'll realize how different it is from traditional fried chicken, and now it is the flagship for most people's first foray into KFC ( Korean Fried Chicken). The location in Clackamas Town Center is of no exception, and their quality and speed are still up to par. It's a great casual place to have some fried chicken and snacks ( or even heavier meals) with the family or friends. Their service is like any other chain, don't expect anything stellar, but there are no complaints either. The food is consistent, fresh, hot, crunchy, and plenty of flavor no matter what you get. I recommend trying their original flavors the Spicy and Soy Garlic wings on your first venture, but if you're familiar already then dive into their more expansive menu! I haven't had a miss yet, though their specialty is definitely their wings. The rest of their menu doesn't miss, but they aren't top tier compared to dedicated Korean restaurants. I find this to be more satisfying than anything in the Clackamas food courts, so I recommend anyone who hasn't tried Bonchon to give a look!
