Unfortunately, I recently had an uncomfortable experience with one of the employees (I'm not sure of her name, but she was petite and wore glasses). I came in specifically to use the P9S. Another customer was already ahead of me, which I completely understood. However, I was then told that someone else was next in line because they had just made an appointment--even though they weren't physically there yet and weren't expected to arrive for at least another 10 minutes. From a customer perspective, that didn't feel fair. I was already there and ready to tan, and it left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. When I expressed that, the employee responded with, "I'm sorry you feel that way," in a tone that came across as dismissive rather than understanding. I only come in for the P9S, so being offered a different bed wasn't really a solution for me. It was a disappointing experience because I've always enjoyed coming here, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident because I've otherwise had great experiences over the years. I truly appreciate Dan and would love to continue supporting the business.
