I originally found Stacy on Yelp a few years ago and was particularly looking for a therapist who understood athletic bodies and the level of massages they require. I was not disappointed and have continued to see her. I get a deep tissue massage and have found 60 min to be enough although if you are a 'hurting unit' and really need your whole body taken care of the you should opt for the 90min. I was in pain for almost a week and with my schedule it was difficult to find a place to go. Luckily I found Stacy. It was hard to move, my shoulders were super tense, and my lower back hurt so much I could barely sit or lay down. I went to her for a 30 minute deep tissue massage.
