Eric was able to get right out and get the job done. Pet stains......CLEANED. Since he was coming out I also decided to get some large remnants cleaned in my basement. Let me tell you, they were dirty and stained and now they are looking great. I discovered Eric about 2 years ago as a result of an emergency situation and a Groupon, and I'm so happy I did. Not only has he done a fantastic job for me and my family, but he is a very nice person as well. It's been a pleasure to have him do work for us over the years and refreshing to deal with someone that you can continue to give 5 stars! 7/22/2015 I've used Eric on numerous occasions over the past 2 years for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. Eric did his most recent work for me this week. He has been courteous, prompt and done an excellent job for me each time. I highly recommend his services.

The cleaning of our living room and stairway carpets did not get off to a good start. They were…read moresupposed to arrive between 10 & 12. After we moved all of the furniture out of the rooms, took the dogs to get groomed, and had plans for the kids to be out of the house in the morning we got a call stating they would not be there until 1:00. Messed up our plans for the day, but our carpets needed to be cleaned. The owner, Eric, showed up and pointed out the dark area of the carpet which we thought was dirt but he said was wear. After the cleaning the area still looked dirty, but the owner insisted that it was dark because it was worn, not dirt. We took a clean paper towel to the area after Eric left, and it went from white to brown with a few wipes of the "worn" area. We then brought out the towels to scrub a little deeper, and quickly went through 15+ towels getting the area much cleaner. All we used was the wetness of the chemicals that Eric originally cleaned the carpet, no additional products on our end. Being really disappointed with the results of Eric's cleaning I took pictures and texted him the images of the dirty towels asking him to call me back. I did receive a call back. I was debating whether to write this Yelp review before the call. The conversation definitely made my mind up for me. He mentioned that the Amazon Local voucher that we used was for a surface cleaning only. At no time during his arrival and setup was this mentioned, and certainly not when we were talking about the dirty area he called worn. On our call he mentioned that any additional deep cleaning would be an extra cost. All Eric had to say was that if we want the "worn" area clean, he could do a deep clean and it would cost X dollars. So he decided to lie to us and call the area worn verses doing the right thing Most people do not like to be up-sold, but where it is a legitimate need most people will see the value. We were never given that option. When I mentioned that to him he told me that he was tired of being told no the to deep cleaning that he stopped asking. This is the owner of the business who has the most to gain from getting people to purchase additional services from him. Having to deal with his lateness (at least he called), the lie on the carpet condition, lack of desire to tell me options, and zero customer service skills to make up for his lie, I would not recommend this business to anyone. He was extremely apathetic on the call. We made the mistake of changing from our original carpet cleaners trying to save some bucks. In the end we will pay more to get the job done right 3/12/13 Yelp pulled the pictures of my experience because they are looking for pictures OF the business not their work. Please private message me if you are interested in seeing pictures of the carpet dirt that I cleaned up after they left.

I cannot remember the last time our house was this clean…read more We had our first clean this morning -- we scheduled a full-on deep clean -- and I am floored by the great work Kelsey and her husband did here today. They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

The goods: Renae's responded promptly and had one time slot that worked just right. Their quick response, time slot and review sold me. They brought all cleaning supplies and were very friendly. The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Regardless, I'd hire them back in a minute due to their professionalism, extremely thorough work and great personalities.

They are on time, properly clean the carpets, spending time to work on stains (unlike the other place) and ensure that the client is happy before leaving. All my clients love them and I even use them for my home. They do an amazing job cleaning the rugs we use for staging and have a quick turn around time.
