Much later I did and they told me they would contact me with another appt. which they never did. It was an appt to renew the licence so it lapsed. The providers I registered with kept emailing me though as if the licence was still valid. And yes, you get crammed into a waiting room and forced to wait well beyond the scheduled time.

Most of the repeat appointments require 5 minutes of talk and verification. After being checked in a nurse asks the same questions at each visit then you wait for 1/2 hr to 45 min for the Dr to repeat these questions. They reacted as if there's no problem with that, it's normal. They were very defensive and tried deflecting it as if I'm not allowed to expect better service or express this. Moving on...... I know other patients that get much better service from other cannabis doctors.
