To say I shopped out the quoting process would be an understatement. Jeff's quote was very fair, easy to understand, and on the lower $ range due to not having the overhead of most other companies. In the end, I decided to go with Archwood for my project and I'm so glad I did. Unlike most other contractors who over quote and rush through the job to maximize profits, Jeff will take whatever time is needed to do the job right...period. Here is the thing that is pretty rare: he listens AND is patient. Any concerns I had along through the project as I'm anal when it comes to details and perfection and any changes I wanted to make during the project, he not only listened, but he made sure my concerns were completely addressed each and every instance. I can't speak highly enough of the character of this young man. In my case, he underbid my job with the time it took for him to complete this big project and because he went over and above on getting the job done right to my satisfaction, I gave him a 60% cash bonus because he flat out deserved it.
