But, far more importantly, the guy who was working when I was in was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in retail. People like him have no business selling - we went in a few minutes before closing and when I told him I was going to pay cash (I didn't have a choice to just not buy or I would have) because of the card fee, he literally started shouting at me to hurry up while I found enough cash to pay. I was not slow, he was just incredibly rude. Not acceptable. Please be sure you bring EVERYTHING you might need to conventions with you so you don't have to deal with this awful business.

I'd give both B potential, but they were both D level. Both were hot, but nothing was crisp. Other places are able to keep chicken crisp, so they need to revisit their warmer setup, because chicken and JoJo's that aren't crisp, aren't good in my book. The people were nice, the price was fair, but the product was a disappointment, also, unless you are a local, good luck finding a parking spot and dealing with traffic.

There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! I just wanted to hurry outta there because I wasn't sure if I was in a free parking space on the street or not!

I…read morejust needed to grab a couple of waters and an energy drink for me and a coworker on my way to the office. Seemed easy enough. But this store was almost empty. The shelves were bare; I was surprised to see so little stuff. I found water, but they didn't have the energy drink I wanted, so I had to get something else. That wasn't the only problem. There were two security guards who kept watching me as I walked around (even though I was wearing business clothes and clearly wasn't stealing anything). I get that security is important in the downtown areas of cities, but being followed while just trying to figure out what to get with the horrible selection felt weird and a little insulting. I had a backpack, but I didn't think I needed that much attention. On top of that, there were two guys doing drugs right in front of the store windows. I know the store can't control what happens outside, but it made the whole place feel really uncomfortable, especially at 9:00 in the morning. I know a lot of cities in the Pacific Northwest have problems with drugs, and some stores are still having trouble after the pandemic. But not even having basic things in stock, plus the security following me, and the drug use right outside made it a bad experience. This place gets one star, not just because of what was happening outside, but because they didn't even have the stuff I needed. It's a sad situation, and I hope it gets better.
