They weren't busy with anything meaningful that was remotely work related and it was only 6pm. The gals excuse was they had already shut the propane down. That means they threw a switch and locked a door. She was so flustered by the idea of having to unlock a door and turn on the pump that her potato head coworker recommended going down to the competition and buy from them. So I took my money and down the road I went, no fuel, no propane purchased. I truly hope the owners read this and take note of the date. These two dumbasses should be looking for a new job.

I left the message as soon as was given the number, which it was late, after a live musical show. And then was called very quickly the next day and was given an apology, said the employee was reprimanded, and that they came up with a new policy for all employees regarding service animals! felt so affirmed and have nothing else bad to say about the location!!!
