The pharmacy was supposed to be open till eight and there was a big sign sorry we're closed. Open tomorrow at 8 AM. This is causing me a big inconvenience now I have to rearrange my schedule just to get my medication. This is not acceptable if you're supposed to be open till then you need to be open till eight people need their medication.

The first time the half filled my prescription and I looked right away and saw it so then I had to wait over an hour for the manager to come and verify that it was not filled. Now I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled by 4pm. I got a notification that they were running behind schedule and it was still being worked on and I would receive updates. I had no problem with that because things happen, but two hours went by and I didn't hear a single thing so I gave them a call at 6pm. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and never talked to anyone so I hung up and called again and talked to someone right away and was told it would be done in an hour (7pm) and I could pick it up. I got a called, text, and app notification that I could pick it up, also after talking to someone. I drove 30 minutes to the store and they told me I couldn't pick it up for another 4 days. So not only did an employee tell me I could get it today, I also received a text and app notification. Further, I was stuck on hold for over 30 minutes. Lastly, the pharmacist is extremely rude there.

They stand around chatting with each other, and barely notice that there are even customers around them. The grocery order pick up is a joke. There are always delays, it takes them HOURS to shop like 10 items. They have a phone number listed that you are supposed to call when you arrive, except no one answers that phone number. The worst part is, they are completely unapologetic for how horrible their service is. This department has one job: to receive orders, shop those orders, and have them ready when you arrive. They are unable to accomplish this task. I have lived all over the country, and I have never encountered such inept, oblivious, and unmotivated Walmart employees. Looks like it is back to Aldi for low price groceries. At least their employees greet you with a smile and know what they are doing. Ridiculous. After three years, it's probably time to update my review. Things have changed at PnS, most notably…read morebecause Kroger has acquired Roundy's. Our familiar old Pick 'n' Save is still called Pick 'n' Save, but it's pretty obvious something is different. On entering, the first thing you'll notice is the genuine simulated hardwood floor in the produce department. Produce also has new fixtures and a new layout. And the key word is "layout". The entire store has a new layout, so when you go to the old familiar places expecting the old familiar faces - they ain't there. Everything has been rearranged. At first, that's really annoying but I imagine we'll all get used to it soon enough. Kroger has kept the familar old Roundy's name on several products but you'll find Kroger private label products, too. In addition, Kroger has brought in new brands that you've heard of but maybe never seen before. I'm currently giving Pick 'n' Save an upgrade to three stars for new layout and new products. I'm holding off on the fourth star to watch and see what else changes for the better, for the worse, or doesn't change at all. Welcome back to Wisconsin, Kroger.
