Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready at seven. I really needed it and I got there at 7:10. The pharmacy was supposed to be open till eight and there was a big sign sorry we're closed. Open tomorrow at 8 AM. This is causing me a big inconvenience now I have to rearrange my schedule just to get my medication. This is not acceptable if you're supposed to be open till then you need to be open till eight people need their medication. read more

Waited in line for more than half an hour for a prescription we called in days before. When we got home we discovered they'd filled the wrong prescription -even though we had input the correct prescription number when using the phone renewal process. Called and said there's nothing they can do because they already filled this prescription and it's the same medication so insurance won't cover another fill. We pointed out this is the wrong dosage and now this prescrip won't last the 30 days. They simply reiterated there's nothing they can do because we already paid for this one. How can you know they made a mistake before paying when they don't give you the bottle to read before you pay for it??!! This isn't the first mistake and isn't the first excessive wait time at this location. No wonder all their previous pharmacists quit. read more

Update: Decided to give this location multiple chances and the only thing this lead to was more disappointment and frustration. I spoke on the phone directly with the pharmacist last night and told him that I need my prescription by today, which he said was completely doable. Today rolls around and guess what, still not ready. At first I was told that they didn't even have my medication in stock... and then it turned into a 1 hour wait. Again, I have worked at a walgreens before and know that my prescription literally comes in a box and all that they need to do is put it in a bag. No copay, no nothing. This place just needs to get shut down at this point rather than ruining peoples day. I cannot imagine if this was a life depending prescription I needed. read more

Absolute zero rating. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to my entire life. I have given this place multiple attempts, and I've learned my lesson. If you want to stand in line for over 45 minutes to get your prescriptions, this is the place for you. So understaffed that they close the drive-through all the time and when you walk in they'll be a line of 20 people all equally as angry as the next person. I feel sorry for the people that work there because I'm sure it's not their fault. read more

I've taken about 30,000 digital photographs over the last 10 years or so, but I have seldom printed any. Recently, one of my fellow photography fans (a retired professional and my mentor) suggested that I start selecting some of my favorites, have them printed, and put them into little albums so I can share them. Actually, I think he's just tired of trying to view my work on that dinky LED screen on the back of my camera, and frankly, so am I. I tried the self-serve one-hour kiosk at a certain large store with a name that happens to start with Wal but isn't Walgreens. I found the service to be acceptable, but inconvenient for several reasons. First of all, the photo department is usually as far away from the front door as it can be and still be on the property. Secondly, the kiosks are completely menu-driven, designed to be idiot-proof for the technology challenged who can barely figure out how to use a digital camera, let alone, print from it. As a result, the process is slow and cumbersome. Thirdly, if you don't have any shopping to do, about all you can do is your impression of Snow White and sing, "Someday, my prints will come," while you twiddle your thumbs. Lastly, when your order is ready to go, good luck finding a blue shirt to process the order and check you out. Overall, not bad for 28¢ a print but a little cumbersome and time-consuming. Today, I decided to use my Walgreens account to print photos. According to my Walgreens app, prints are 29¢, I figured the 1¢ per print premium pretty palatable to not have to bother with the big box. I was preparing myself to do battle with the photo kiosk at Walgreens, figuring it would be similar to the other Wal-place. As Ron Popeil would say, "But wait! There's more!" I discovered, on my phone app, that I could use the Interwebs to send my photos to Walgreens electronically! I uploaded my selections to photo.walgreens.com (under my account, of course, you can create an account if you don't have one,) used an online coupon code to get a significant discount, and submitted the order to the photo department for pickup at my local Walgreens store. The site promised my prints to be ready in about an hour. TIP: You can get online coupons right there on the photo website. I found the process to be simple (it was harder to decide which photos to print.) Their uploading routine is fairly fast, and pretty much idiot-proof. About an hour later, I drove over to my local store and VOILA! there were my prints, in a jacket, and ready to go! By the way, while I was in the store, I received an email, telling me that my order was complete. This was a great experience! I can upload from my computer, and I can upload photos from my cell phone to print at any Walgreens, a great feature when I'm on the road. I'm a fan of this service, and I'll use it again in the future. read more

The pharmacists here are busy but always helpful. Service at both the pharmacy and store are great. The photo department service varies from great to not so great depending on who waits on you but the prints are always a good quality. read more

Bought something here and then went to Target and the same item was 30% less at Target. This location is overpriced on everday healthcare items even more than other Walgreens. Wait time for prescriptions is usually about 25 - 30 minutes. Loathe the fact they announce names on the speaker. So much for privacy. read more

I went in just to buy a hair product. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Melissa who is a wonderful make up artist. She saw what a bad choice I had made with my foundation and knew that she had to help me. She was so sweet and nice, and did a wonderful job helping me to update and correct my make up. I would have bought anything from her. It was a wonderful experience and am so thankful that I ran into her. Great job Melissa! I will definitely be back. I can tell that Melissa is a young lady that will go places. read more

Went in on Friday with my daughter, got to the checkout and girl was very rude as she ignored us and started speaking with another employee. She did not even say hello or even speak much at all to us, very poor service with this girl, I believe her name was Alex or Alexandria. read more
