They also used to carry WeldWerks, and they still have a sign advertising it, but after trying to find it several times over the past few months, I finally asked the cashier. She seemed completely unaware of what I was talking about, even after I showed her the sign. The biggest issue came recently when I purchased some Jack Daniel's shooters, which I've bought at this location many times. When I got home and checked my banking app, I noticed the total was significantly higher than usual. I initially assumed something had been double-scanned, so I called to ask about it. I was told the shooters had gone from $1.99 to $2.99 (a 50% increase) and that Jack Daniel's had "raised the price." I checked other liquor stores and did a quick search afterward, and that explanation did not appear to be accurate. Other stores are still selling the same shooters for $1.99. I really hate leaving a negative review because I've been coming here for years, but between the increasingly empty inventory, employees seeming unaware of products the store is advertising, and questionable pricing explanations, I'm honestly left wondering what is going on with this business. It feels like something has changed significantly, and unfortunately, it's not for the better.

They did try, I guess, and I do appreciate the effort but they were kinda..."meh" If I was in the area I would likely find another liquor store. However, two of the three items I ordered were substituted, one of those without my input. The substitutions you made were acceptable, and I am pleased overall. As a former retail district manager of 26 stores in a 5 state region, I would appreciate better communication between your POS and Uber system interfaces. Set up properly, and with well trained cashiers, you can achieve a 90-95% first choice fullfilment figure, at least I was able to in 1995 with nothing more sophisticated than Z80 mivroprocessors and landline telephone notifications. I realize that systems communications are far more complex these days; however an investment in some better integrated IT servicewill increase your fullfilment index by 15% or more, conservatively. I am absolutely certain of that number, and you should be able to do even better. No, I am not coming out of retirement to help, but I will use your service again. The benefit of this place is that you don't have to get out of your car to get some booze but of course the downside is that you can't peruse the selection. They asked if I wanted a sweet or dry white wine and I explained that I just wanted a dry cooking wine.
