I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. But yet, I still laid her! They did a great job and got the dress done in plenty of time. Prices are also reasonable, which is great. My husband drops off clothes weekly to them. Couple bug-a-boos: There's been a couple times when our clothes weren't ready by the finish date that was posted on our receipt. Luckily, we live right down the street so it wasn't a far trip, but we're busy people and it would have been nice not to have to stop back in! There was also a time when my husband's clothes got switched with someone else's. We didn't realize until we got home, so we had to go back. When all was said and done he did get the correct clothes back, but that was a headache we would have rather not had. Luckily, we're both forgiving people and due to the sheer convenience of this location, we will most likely continue to drop off our dry cleaning here.
