I have used this cleaners several times. I was so excited to see it is organic and it is walking distance from my house. I've been helped by the male owner. Today it was his wife. Wow. I was picking up and dropping off. When she gave me a total for my pickup I told her I prepaid. Strike #1 for me, apparently. She practically threw my receipt at me which was marked PAID. I asked if it was possible to not have my items in plastic. We try very hard to reduce the amount of plastic we use and we have received every item in it's own plastic bag. Being an organic cleaner I thought this was a reasonable question. Strike 2 for me! Not only did she question my motives (?) she very rudely said we don't do that. She was clearly angry. Confused, I asked if I offended her, as she seemed upset. She very loudly said "I am not upset! I told you we don't do that!" I asked for my items back that I had handed her. I will not be using them again! As far as pricing, it is less expensive then on the westcoast, where we just moved from. I am not sure how it compares here in general. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, that would still be too many. She is rude, obnoxious, and one of the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life. Backstory - I took in three pairs of pants to be altered. I had never used this dry cleaner before, but I drove past it everyday and decided to give it a try. The lady working the store (who I'm assuming is an owner) was just rude with me from the start. It was clear she had an attitude and didn't want to really help me, even though she had no other customers present. Nonetheless, I gave her the pants and I pre-paid $36 for the alteration. I went to pick up the pants several weeks later and the alterations came out fine, but she said I had not paid in advance. When I questioned whether this was correct, she started yelling at me and accusing of trying to cheat her. Admittedly I lost me temper with her as well as she was saying I was lying but reluctantly I still paid the $36 (again). This encounter made me so mad, so when I got home I pulled my bank statement, and sure enough, I found the pre-paid charge for the pants when I first dropped them off. I went back to the cleaners to show her the statement but she still accused me of not wanting to pay because she had no record of me paying the first time. She continued to yell at me, said I was a "bad person" and told me never to come back in her store. I write this YELP review not because I overpaid this cleaners by $36, but instead because this lady represents what's lacking in customer service. I try my best to support my area local small businesses, but some like All Cleaners make it really difficult. You can't build a loyal customer base if you treat prospective customers like s**t. This is not just me going off on some emotional rant either about $36...read the other reviews on this place. I absolutely would never, ever recommend anyone to go here-to include my worst enemies. I can only hope this lady gets done real help and learn how to treat her customers, or she sells and go do something she enjoys, because clearly she doesn't seem to be happy running this business! There are new owners and sadly not too crazy about them. Be extra cautious if you're taking in alterations. They ruined three pairs of jeans. Hemmed them way too short. Then when I went into talk to them about it the gentleman who was there blamed it on me. Said that I saw and approved where they were pinned. I would not have approved my son's jeans being hemmed above his ankles! Will not be going back. I miss the old owners! Wish them the best and a happy retirement! read more

Horrible service. Stay away. If I could give zero stars I would. On multiple occasions given the wrong dress shirts back and takes a long time to resolve. Very unorganized and rude. UPDATE - I still have not received my lost shirts back after 6 months of trying. I have been told that they gave my shirts to another customer who has been out of the country. My wife and I have been using All Cleaners for years. The man at the counter always remembers my wife and asks how our baby is doing (even when its me picking up). He is always very friendly and quick with pick ups. We have done normal dry cleaning, rug cleaning, pillow case cleaning, and some other spot treatments on ug boots and such. We have NEVER had a bad experience here. Maybe some people are being rude and getting rudeness in return. My wife and I have never been treated poorly here. read more

The woman who was working here was EXTREMELY rude to my mother who came in to have a dress altered. The woman threw the dress back on the counter and said, "Come back some other time. I'm too busy!" Then she turned and walked away. When I tried to talk to her about her rude behavior, she wouldn't even turn around! Hard to believe they are still in business with this lack of customer service! I just confirmed why I don't go to this place. The last time I went here was in 2011 and for some reason I thought their attitude would have improved so I went this past week. The Asian man does not seem bad but the Asian woman is just plain rude with no business ethic. Whether she's the owner or a worker you don't throw a receipt to your customer. The story I have to tell is so unbelievable, but it's just too long to type in detail. So I'll just tell you to STAY AWAY, unless you want to be screamed at by an obviously rude and psychotic family. I'm assuming they're a family owned business. In short, they must have felt I was disrespecting them by asking if I could pay for a zipper replacement on a leather coat at pickup, instead of when dropping off. It went downhill quickly from there. First the old man started yelling at me, then the woman, and finally the teenager joined in berating me. It was actually hilarious, but also very disturbing, because these people definitely have issues interacting with the public. I went across the street to DW Cleaners, and was told it would be half the price I was quoted at All Cleaners, and the woman said "you can pay when you pick it up". Simple, I didn't even have to ask, and the new zipper is great. STAY AWAY from All Cleaners, go to DW cleaners, it's right across the street, cheaper, and they don't scream at you if you ask a question. read more

I found this shop after many disappointing run-ins with other local dry cleaners. I've been doing business with this dry cleaner for over 10 years now, and I drop off dry cleaning and laundry twice a week. They consistently take excellent care of my clothes, routinely doing minor repairs like sewing on lost buttons or minor tears without even charging for the service. Their prices are competitive. This is a family business, owned and operated by a husband and wife team, who are always professional and friendly. I highly recommend this shop. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Customer Service...... Who ever that woman is, in there, she needs to learn manners or stay home. I went to pick up my pants the other day. I walked in and she approached me without saying hello or a smile or anything. She just asked for my phone number..... After she got my pants she asked me for $15.80. When I told her that I had prepaid she screamed at me "NO YOU DIDN'T PAY"!!! I repeated myself by saying, " ma'am I paid" Again she shouted "NO YOU HAVE TO PAY" This man came over and asked me for my receipt. I told him that I had in the car and I was going to get it. Then he flipped over the receipt that they had and saw a written note "PAID" He started apologizing to me...... She on the other hand did nothing! No apology.....NOTHING! She just looked the other way! and started saying things which I didn't understand because it was in a foreign language. She is so miserable this woman and I feel sorry for her........ I will NEVER go back. She probably thinks that she's doing people a favor by cleaning their clothes but guess what? There are a lot of cleaners around the area. She has to realize that we as customers doing her a favor by choosing to go to her place and she has to treat people in a nicer manner....... read more
