They then send it out to a network of repair people and my jacket came back looking good as new. The whole process was super easy and is one of the value adds you get from shopping local.

The man at the register says we're closed. I said your website says 7. He says I don't care what it says, we close at 6 so we walked out. I turned around and went back in. Same guy says we're closed. I said yeah I know, you just told me that, I just wanted to show you the time it says on the website. You might want to update the information. The young lady behind the counter says it's not been updated in a while. The guy says I don't know why you're arguing with me. We close at 6. I wasn't arguing. Just wanted to tell him they might want to update their information. I know the guy working could care less but maybe the owners will. I spent my money elsewhere and will never attempt to shop at this store again.
