My beautiful Havanese puppy was completely shaved bald of his long coat. You do not shave a double coat dog down to nothing. I'm praying his coat is not permanently damaged from this. The last time we had both of our dogs groomed by Jackie, neither one looked like they had even been trimmed, which is what we asked. It was odd. Maybe our dogs were behind her skill set? I don't know but who gives your dogs back with no trim? We mentioned that they didn't look touched and we were very grace-filled but took note. Well, this week it was Jackie again. Second time they sent her. We asked her to please trim the dogs this time. She brought our beautiful long-haired Havanese puppy back literally shaved bald. It was shocking and devastating. You don't ever do that to this type of dog and every experienced groomer should know that. When we got our other dog back, it was just like last time, she did not even get a haircut. What in the world? Something is very off here with this groomer. We are done. No more. The owner did not charge us but let us know she was keeping Jackie on her staff. There's no way we will allow our dogs to be groomed there ever again, especially when they tried to gloss over what she'd done. Yeah. Not ok. read more

Where to even begin? This business is phenomenal. Their communication and kindness when scheduling or having to reschedule anything is always perfect. We always recommend Miss Kimberly. Dunkin had a very traumatic grooming experience when he was just weeks old so bathing was always a chore with him when I tried to do it myself. He just didn't trust anyone after the last business we attended for grooming. But we got a referral of Aussie mobile, and with Kimberly his whole demeanor has changed. She has taken time when he feels skittish. When he's scared she will give him time to soak it in, gather himself and then be okay and get used to brushing, and someone else handling him . This allowing him to gain a boatload of trust and he absolutely adores her. So we will always be grateful to the company and to Kimberly. read more

Kimberly did a phenomenal job with my dogs. She is very kind and handled my big kids with professionalism. My older dog is ten with bad knees and she was gentle and understanding. My younger dog is a new rescue and she took her time and let him adjust and get comfortable. Both dogs are wonderfully clean with great nails and they smell amazing. Neither Molly nor Vinny was stressed out by the experience. I prefer using Aussie because they come to us which minimizes the stress on my pets. I am new to mobile grooming, but some neighbors recommended Aussie. I booked with them and could not have been more excited that I had. I have two dogs, one of which gets over stimulated in grooming situations with lots of other dogs and the other hates water. Both of my dogs got full baths, teeth brushing, nail clipping, and the whole deal. Each dog took 45 minutes -- no more waiting 4+ hours for my dog to be groomed! My normally over zealous dog, waltzed into the house afterward like he had just taken a trip to Disney. I had a problem with the pricing on a coupon we received from The Welcome Committee and with the owner getting back to me. But she was having some problems with her phones, and when she saw my review got back to me right away and corrected the problem and is issuing a refund for the overcharge. So she really is trying to do what is right in servicing her customers. Apparently one of the choices with the service is deshedding. We have a Schnauzer, non-shedding breed, and weren't asked about doing this service which we, obviously, wouldn't have chosen to do for our breed of dog. The coupon wasn't clear on a couple of extras. But she is going the extra mile and having coupons printed with more clear wording. read more
