If you're in no rush to get your passport (at least two - four weeks from the time you launch your application), then you'll need to pick it up from this place. It isn't hard to find - it's on Lee street near Central station. Don't forget to bring some ID! Take any train to central and choose the eastern George street/Railway Square exit and go through the long tunnel. On your exit, head left past the German bakery and up the stairs. The building at the end of the footpath is the one you want, with the big 26 on the top. Head up on to level 7, wait in queue (if there is any), flash some ID, and off you go. Easy!

The opposing party's own lawyers pointed out in writing that the Fair Work Commission "does not have jurisdiction" over commission claims and called the proceedings "fundamentally misguided." Even Mr McArdle's own colleague - a Special Counsel at the same firm - emailed us strongly recommending that we "discontinue the unfair dismissal claim as soon as possible." Mr McArdle ignored his own colleague's advice, ignored our requests to stop, and pushed through 5 conciliation conferences over several months. The other side offered zero every single time. He then told us we would need to pay another $15,000 to continue. At our initial consultation, he had assured us the matter would be resolved quickly. When we questioned his strategy, he rarely responded to our emails. When he did respond, he blamed us for not having "definite proof" of commission - yet in his own email to the opposing lawyer he wrote that their client had been "unambiguously promising commission." He cannot have it both ways. An accredited specialist who selects the wrong legal forum, ignores his own colleague, ignores his client, and charges $9,000 for zero outcome. I strongly advise anyone to seek a second opinion before engaging this firm.
