I asked if I could just leave them and was refused. If this is the way he treats customers I will not do business with them regardless of whether they are good or not. Maybe if they lose enough business they will learn to be more thoughtful to customers in the future.

I enquired about a couple of carts, and financing options, via their website and waited. To my surprise, Brian reached out to me the next day and answered my questions. Which lead to more questions. After Brian entertained all of my questions I picked my cart I wanted and scrounged up some dough for a good down payment. Application processes started rolling, and I was ready. Welp.... Right as I had my hand on the trigger, someone swooped in and all three I was looking at were gone. Bummer. Brian hit me back and said not to worry. They had more inventory and could build me another. Told me he could have it in about a week. Awesome. To my surprise, Brian hit me up the next day and told me that a red one was already being built, and it could be mine for the same price. Awesome. Back on track, Brian and I went back and forth online to get the process rolling, and I was into business. A couple days later I was the owner of a new to me 2019 Club Car Tempo. Brian made the process quick, easy, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He answered my questions about the cart, let me take it for a spin, and assisted me loading it.
