I've went into this Lululemon location only a handful of times. Each time I walk in the associates just stare at me from behind the counter and not say a single word. I would walk by them multiple times and no one would offer to help. Even standing right next to them. The Lululemon stores in big cities seem to understand customer service, and always are so friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what it is about the air in the San Antonio store, or if there is major lack in training, but the selection at this location isn't even worth shopping at. I'll do my shopping online or while I'm traveling instead. :) read more

We were shopping on Christmas Eve, and were exchanging a few things. Things were going well the staff working the fitting rooms were helpful and accommodating. The issue happened when we went to go check out. It's very rare that a retail store impresses me. The employees at this store are absolutely incredible! I was the annoying person not knowing how to pick sizes for several different people and they were so kind and helpful. I really wish I would've gotten their names but I was there yesterday Sunday 3/20 at around 1:00. So all of those employees that were there at that time were fabulous! Visited the store on March 30, 2021 with my mother. We are avid lulu shoppers both online and in store. This location wasn't welcoming at all to us the entire time in the store. High quality workout clothes that will make even your grandma's ass look like a 20 year old athlete's. It's effing expensive as all get out, but I have no problem dropping some bones here every once in awhile because their clothes last forever. I've had a tank, a pair of tights (not my favorite, RIP to my best pair), and a sports bra that have lasted almost three years and still look brand new. I've even heard that you can return garments that have holes/wear n' tear and they'll replace them. Don't quote me on that, though. I loved that when I went, the girls were attentive to me while I was in the dressing room, bringing me different sizes when needed and giving me helpful opinions on certain pieces. Also, they guided me towards a less pricey yoga mat since I'm not a full-fledged yogi and my mat doesn't get a lot of use. They could have tried to up-sell me, but I appreciated their honesty. One star off for prices (seriously, $80-$100+ for tights), but you get what you pay for and these girls got it. read more

I used to adore Lululemon. But frankly, not so much anymore. The staff, at the Quarry location, and frankly at every location I have visited nationwide -- is not as friendly and inviting as they used to be. I detect a bizarre arrogance that was never present in prior years -- even at my one-time favorite SA Quarry location. I find the colors and styles in the more recent Lululemon lines to be blah and one-dimensional. They don't offer an array of fun athletic-leisure dresses, skirts, pants like other labels do. The colors of the workout and yoga pants are rather boring. As are the current workout tops. Where are all the fun, innovative Lululemon designers that used to blow me away? Hmmmm.... Hopefully, this is a temporary lull in an otherwise high-quality, innovative brand. I still have workout tops, shirts, shorts and capris purchased almost 10 years ago in great condition! I do absolutely dig lululemon athletica. Any store that can justify charging $75 for a pair of spandex pants and convince me that I should actually buy it, gets my vote. Their clothes ARE top notch. On top of that, this store has wine tastings coinciding with the First Fridays, they offer free fitness classes on Saturday mornings, and the staff is friendly. I have tried every single clothing line of fitness that you can think of. I could tell you many things about fitness items. I am absolutely in love with this freaking clothing line. The women who work at Lululemon were very helpful. They made suggestions, gave fit critiques, and sent me on the way with a (substantially) lighter wallet and two pairs of pants that almost make we want to work out. For making a $200 purchase, a "thank you" and smile would be a nice touch rather than the silent treatment we got. I attended the free yoga on Saturday morning and loved it. I will come on any Saturday that I am not working. There were people of all levels and body types there. The instructor was very good. As for the clothes: I am addicted. I love to run and they have great tops and sports bras. I also own two running skirts from lululemon. I ran a half marathon in one of them. This place is dangerous for my wallet but I will buy more when I see things that I want and won't miss the money. read more

My sister got me hooked on Lulu's products. I recently finally got myself Wunder Under leggings and the staff there was extremely helpful and supportive. You see, I don't have bird legs, my thighs touch and my man calves are strong but not feminine, so buying tight leggings for $90 I better make sure they look good. After looking through a few styles and getting the girls opinions I was able to find one I liked. They also do complimentary hemming for us shorter athletic girls! AWwww. The staff at Lulu is amazing. They are knowledgeable about the products and always friendly and willing to help you find the best fit. And they even offer alterations in the store! The clothes are pricey, but they are high quality and once you find the fit that works best for you, they'll become your go-to pieces. The wunder unders are the way to go if you're looking for a great all around yoga tight (I wear these ALL the time) and I LOVE their run inspire crop. They are always coming out with new products/styles/colors and new fits and they love to hear your feedback and often incorporate customer suggestions in their new products! Can't say enough good things about lulu! Plus, FREE yoga every Saturday morning! If you don't like one class, don't worry, they rotate studios and instructors usually on a monthly basis (sometimes more frequently). Great way to experience what the San Antonio yoga community has to offer. And now that the La Cantera location is open, you have even more options on Saturdays and Sundays for free classes! Even though I was just looking, I was very impressed by the quality of products, good service, and knowledgable staff. The yogi clothes here are not cheap, but they are highly functional for the sport, if you will. I was also surprised to know that their yoga mats are specially designed for reducing slippage of your hands (I thought I was the only one struggling in more ways than one in downward dog)! The store is relatively small, and yet in the 15 minutes I was there, I had 5 staff people tell me something that I otherwise would not have known about their products or reasoning behind hte placement of their products. I will definitely be back to snag some shirts that look perfect for skiing-- they have the little thumb hole in the sleeve and are designed to wick away moisture as well as being offered in stunning colors. read more

You probably are aware already that you can shop here for great workout attire and supplies. I love their product lines and find myself living half of my life in their sweatpants. Prices are not cheap, but worth it to invest in a few pieces. But, what I love most about this group of stores is that though they are technically a chain, they take a lot of time to invest in their local communities. They set up group workout classes on Saturday mornings (often times offered for free or at incredible discounts), build a community of fitness-minded people, and really encourage a healthy, active lifestyle for San Antonians. This past week my mom went in to look around. She's only been in there once and that was with me so she doesn't know much about their clothes and how they fit. This lululemon is a little hard to find but once you get there, it is great! I love the free length alterations on pants, cute designs, and older staff here than la cantera. They also had more options in my size left. I wish lululemon was less expensive and varied styles a little bit more but it's still my favorite store for comfortable cute clothing. read more
