The pain in my left hip became unbearable. My insurance company gave me a list of chiropractors that were in-network, and I ended up at Dr. Simon Forster's office. I called and was seen the very next day. Dr Simon was thorough and very kind, and explained what the issue was and what we were going to do to fix it! I can't say enough good things about this office! Dr. Forster shows that he sincerely cares about your pain and wants to get you back to 100%. He has not only treated me for some chronic back problems I had a year ago, but is now treating me for a neck and shoulder problem that has come up. I don't know what I'd be doing about this pain if I couldn't see Dr. Forster. Along with adjustments, he has taught me some stretching exercises, and, how can I forget, ensures I get my massage when I arrive. The massage therapists are great. They always get right into problem areas and help to work through tightness and pain. I think without a session with them for my neck, I would have been way too stiff for a successful adjustment. I'd also like to comment on the fabulous office staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly and seems to be happy to be at work. We've all been places where people seem nice, but it's special to be somewhere when it's clear that it's even more than that. read more

I have Left shoulder pain for about 2 weeks and been taking muscle relaxant and ibuprofen and went to a acupuncture but found no relief. I wake up with full range of motion to my Left shoulder and as the day goes by it starts hurting and in the afternoon I start feeling sharp throbbing pain with limited movement especially shoulder flexion and abduction and have difficulty changing clothes and I cant carry anything on my L arm. I went to see Dr Forster today at 1:30 pm and he was able to pin point the mechanical problem and did some adjustment and also had a wonderful massage. I felt relief and no pain this afternoon and when I got home I slept good and can even lay on my L shoulder and No meds taken after my visit. I have a follow up and cannot wait for my next visit. The staff are very nice and helpful and Dr Forster is exceptional. Oh and Im from San Marcos Texas and does not mind the commute as long as I go to a place that I can trust. Dr. Forster himself does a pretty good job. The big problem is that when you schedule an appointment for 1pm, you get seen closer to 2. When you are trying to use your lunch hour to get over to the chiropractor for a 15-minute adjustment, I find this ridiculous. This is one of the big things that I will not tolerate at a Dr's office, or dentist, etc. It's rude and it makes me feel like I am not important. And let's face it, we all want to feel important. :) I forgave the first time I waited... the second time caused me to look for a new chiropractor. While the new guy is better, I still miss Dr. Patrick Clark - too bad he seems to have disappeared since the last time I lived here. :( Very very sad... The other issue that I had was the massage. The girl is somewhat new, and I'm sure that she'll get there... but deep tissue does not simply mean pushing harder. Oh why does my masseur have to be so awesome that anything short of the best just will not do? I suppose I should have just had her do a more relaxing massage. Know that it'd be best not to ask for deep work - you're looking for pain, and not the good kind. If you have all day to hang out in a chiropractor's office, then by all means... check this place out. Otherwise, find someone else that can respect your time. read more

Dr Simon Forster is a horrible person. Lied in my designated drs report and basically aggrevated my neck and shoulder. He heard my neck pop and still kept lifting my arm and mocked me when I whimpered in pain. He was rude to my daughter muttered mongrel under his breath. He was over an hour late and rushed through the tests basically doing it for me so he could rush out of there. He needs his license revoked and firm dose of reality. Do not go to this guy in any capacity. read more

Dr. Forster is amazing! My previous chiropractor used to work with Dr. Forster but had to leave due to personal health concerns. I decided to see Dr. Forster during my pregnancy because I had been experiencing extensive hip pain. I held off for weeks due to my own uncertainty of seeing a chiropractor while pregnant (after having a miscarriage, everything naturally terrified me). I went to see him after my 30-week mark and I was glad I did. He adjusted me so well, it was incredible! At all times, he made sure to keep the safety of the baby at the forefront. I saw him a few more times during the pregnancy and then once so far after the baby was born. I feel great and I owe a big part of this to him. read more

I miss Dr. Forster, and if I hadn't moved so far away from his office, I would still go visit him every month. This was my first chiropractor experience and I was VERY weary if they could help me, but they did! I experienced some soreness the first couple of visits, but I am feeling 100% better. In the past 14 months, Dr. Brian Forrest has helped me with pain in my legs, then neck and shoulders, and then just a couple days ago, with hand-thumb-arm pain. All these issues come from sitting too much at an office desk and from using the monitor and keyboard so much. Recently my left thumb got injured from decades of using the short cut keys for saving, undo, cut, copy, and pasting. Dr Forrest has a terrific "bedside" manner. He listens, is patient and caring and never rushes. He makes sure he does adjustments and tractions, and teaches exercises at a pace that's good for your body and right for you. I always get the half hour massage before adjustment---all their massage therapists are terrific. And the staff at the front are friendly and considerate. I haven't had visits or spoken with Dr. Forster but when I see him he has a friendly and amiable demeanor. He runs a very good clinic. Because of several geographic moves, I've been seeing different chiropractors for three decades, and this clinic is ranked up with my top 4 (three in NY/CT, one in Austin). To be clear, members of my family have gone to 5 clinics in the Cedar Park and Austin area for the past dozen years, and this clinic is the best one of the bunch for us here. read more
