We can't say enough about how amazing this office is. We have always felt respected, welcomed and well taken care of by all staff and especially Dr. Cain. I am so thankful for their philosophy behind making regular chiropractic affordable and attainable because i had no education about all of the benefits of chiropractic before i walked into their office, i always thought it was meant for back aches and neck pain and i was so misinformed. After spending nearly two years incorporating regular visits I'm a big believer that chiropractic SHOULD be something you do for yourself regularly, just like massage, exercise, physical therapy, regular therapy, yoga or any other part of your wellness regimen. I didn't walk into my physical therapist's office and expect a quick fix and chiropractic is no different. I'm so thankful they take as much time as they do to empower families like mine with education and understanding that healing takes time and after being with this practice for nearly two years I'm the healthiest I've ever been! My son with sensory integration dysfunction has seen especially amazing results. We had serious sleep struggles, multiple meltdowns a day, no signs of empathy, very little language and poor motor skills. Chiropractic has been an integral part of his healing and we have been meltdown free for three months now with my son sleeping through the night. He's also finally caught up to his peers with language and has started reading and writing, and is finally starting to explore his abilities to ride a bike! After a few months of chiropractic he also started showing signs of empathy and is now one of the most conscientious, thoughtful little boys i know. We never thought these things would be possible for him and we are blown away by how much this has changed his life for the better. I can't rave enough about the amazing results we've seen and can't imagine a better place to help keep my family healthy, especially my kids. Everyone at Impact is so friendly and welcoming! I recently had my first visit and I got to first meet with Jennifer, she's so informative and thorough in explaining how things work. Meeting Dr. Lisa was also a joy! She is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about all things chiropractic! I'm seeing her for prenatal care and also plan on bringing my babies in as well. Bro messed up my neck that he told me was "perfect" and then wanted me to do 28 sessions when I obviously didn't need it and it was about to be $1,300 for what? Like they provided no description, the adjustments last about 30seconds to minute at most and now my neck is in more pain than I've felt in my life it's hard to drive, hard to hold things, and basically he wasn't treating me the way I needed to be treated as in, I walked out hurting or feeling the same every time. I had a similar experience as Becky. Felt very scammy. Went to the group session, also got the same text about bringing people to help you make financial decisions. Bottom line was a year long plan that would cost me more than my insurance deductible. When asked about how that could be, I was fed a line of what sounded like complete bs. I can go online and see what my insurance covers. It was all or nothing. I either signed up for the $$$$ yearly plan - with no idea whether the treatment will even be effective - or they can't treat me. Pass! read more

Impact Family Chiropractic has changed my life! I've had a weak back as long as I can remember. I'm prone to throwing it out or twisting the wrong way and being rendered immobile due to the pain. I have been to physical therapy off and on for years when my back acts up but I haven't had any back pain since I started coming to IFC! I initially visited during one of their evening information sessions where the doctors created a presentation explaining the benefits of chiropractic treatment and answered questions from the audience. I learned a lot that night and really appreciated how personable and knowledgeable the doctors were. I decided to make an appointment the following week. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was instantly greeted by super friendly staff who offered me a water. I had already been given a tour of the office during the info session and I was impressed with how comfortable and inviting the whole place was. Most offices feel cold and sterile but I was instantly at ease. Doctors Aaron and Bob both introduced themselves to me and really took the time to review my health history and concerns with me. They did a full body scan and took an X-ray and were able to show me the exact vertebrae that were out of line. They explained that they only adjust the areas that need it and after my first adjustment I felt instantly better! They came up with a treatment plan for me and every time I have been back since, I have had a painless experience and have left feeling great. I've been seeing Dr. Lisa and her husband for my back pain during my pregnancy since I was around 26 weeks (currently 39 weeks) and it's made all the difference. Baby has been in the head down position since week 28. I definitely think seeing the chiropractor has something to do with that. My pain did not go away entirely (no miracle for back pain in pregnancy) but it was managed really well and I do feel it would have been much worse without them. To top it off, the staff is absolutely incredible! They make you feel like family and truly cared for. I can't say enough about this practice. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews about how they bill but I'm glad I went in anyway. The pay structure is simply set up for continuity of care, no funny business. Dr. Aaron is awesome! In the past I have been to many chiropractors, some were beneficial but most were not helpful at all. After seeing Dr. Aaron I started feeling a lot better and continue feeling better each time I visit his office. He takes a much different approach than other chiros I have used in the past, by focusing on the root cause of the pain. He is not your typical snap, crackle and pop Doc. Rather, he focuses on healing by taking a holistic and intergraded approach. Most importantly, Dr. Aaron truly cares and is always looking after the best interest of his patients. They are a scam. Met them at the Round Rock farmers market. Told me i could get two adjustments for 35$ for myself and my wife. When we arrived everyone in the office has Dr. on their hacket even the receptionist. Basically it was basically 35$ for them to ask us how we feel. Then they roll scanners up and down your back, just like the scanners at any warehouse or appliance store. And say ok we want you to have xrays for the doctors. Non negotiable the xrays are $100 each. The scanners didnt even work and if they were reading my spine why did she mess up by pushing the button. And definitely was not reading the same spots on my back as the screen. Then she told me I will not get my results back until after the xrays.... SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do Not Go Here!!!!!!! read more

Took money and promised adjustment the 2nd n ighht which turned out to be a room full of people that also claimed vouchers on Facebook and wanting a year of payments or no free adjustment which was already paid in the $200 collected the night before. It's been almost a year since I first went to Impact Chiropractic. I went there for an assessment and just got "scanned". Then they invite you back to go over the "numbers" which is done in a group setting. I felt this was extremely awkward and a bit scammy as they also wanted me to bring anyone who would be a "deciding factor of finances". I questioned the person who called to make this appointment and asked if they could just give me the information over the phone on what our insurance covers and what would be my responsibility. They wouldn't and instead just kept pushing "well we'll go over all that at this appointment". So I have to load up all my kids (while being pregnant), drive over 30 minutes just for you to give me some numbers which could be handled over the phone? Needless to say, I canceled that appt and found a chiropractor that didn't require all that nonsense. And the only reason I'm writing this several months after the fact was because they just decided to call me to see when I'd like to come in. Seriously? But I took the opportunity to let the person on the other end know how this made me feel and how it turned us off immediately. As a business owner, I love feedback on where I can improve my business for my customers or potential customers. But she just responded with an attitude and said "Okay, well, if things change on your end let us know." haha. Okay. I'll do that. lol. read more
