We'll I got sent a sub, sub, sub contacted group to do my roof replacement. That group didn't show up when I was told they would. That group left a mess during and after they left. I still am finding nails in the dirt. My husband works from home and heard talking and the conversation he heard went something like this. "Is it supposed to be like that?" "Just leave it and finish" So I knew this was going to be a huge migraine for a long time. Sure enough exposed nails. Crappy plastic vents. Less than half of one of the boards was used (even though 5 boards were sent with the initial supplies) and my home was left with a wavy and soft roof under the sloppy installed shingles. They sent the 'lead' of the team and he was on my roof all weekend long and was by himself. JNC sent the same guy that was in charge of the scam job done to my roof to repair! He still left a crappy drip edge showing from the front of my home, not surprised . They didn't care about my home and sure enough less than a year I can see water damage on my ceiling near the fireplace. I got promised a 25 year warranty and Chris said I stand by my work. But that is all talk and I got taken advantage of for being a lady and not wanting to be in that customer that complains and complains. So when I sent a text message back to the same number stating I need to pay for the scam job, it took a week just to have someone to reply. But this last thing that took it over the top and why I'm posting this review is after this last hail storm I got a call from Chris trying to take advantage of me again. Nothing about making things right and we will work with you and help with getting me a solid roof. Nope just a sales call and wanted more money. Beware of trusting them and exposing yourself to be arrogant to the process.

So this company called me three times over a three month period and I don't even know how they got…read moremy information. I live in Crystal Falls And the house was built in 2017 which to me is fairly new. They offered to come and inspect my roof for free and they came today. They said my roof was in excellent condition but they noticed about 12 to 20 nails that had popped up and that the caulking had come off of them and that they use the company that the builder used applied the wrong caulking and it was visible. So I told him I'm a pretty good handyman and they showed me where everything's at and he told me the caulking to use which I thought was really cool. Then he went to his truck and gave me the tube of the best caulking that's actually used for that issue.. they didn't try to sell me anything and I told him if I ever have hail or anything wrong with my roof you guys are my roof guys for life. And I don't care how they got my phone number because there would've been a problem down the road and now I'm gonna solve it tomorrow. There's literally a reason I have that sign up, which I don't need to go into. There's no damage to my roof whatsoever, and the fact he chose to ignore my sign is not only rude and disrespectful, but it shows his own ignorance. I would never choose a company that's so pushy and disrespectful to strangers let alone potential clients. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and/or illiterate. If I (or anybody else) actually needed roofing services, then I would be the one contacting a roofer not the other way around. This company is garbage. I would give less than one star if I could tbh. Avoid!

There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Within the last month I had an opportunity to see Integro company in action. They replaced the…read moreroof, completed repairs to the awning above the entry door, repaired a window frame, replaced and repaired siding, and painted the fence. The completed work looks great and fresh, it is a definite upgrade to the property. All of the workers I came in contact with were very courteous and respectful of the property and residents, they always made us aware of what was going to be done and what was happening at the moment and why. They also did an amazing job on protecting the property, including the yard and bushes, from falling debris and cleanup. I would like to comment specifically on Jeremy, Mo, and Alex. They were easy to work with and talk to, they answered all our questions, and they always did that with a smile. I would not hesitate to use them again for whatever comes up.

I wasn't there when they did the work to say no not that color. Then they missed the back patio on their satellite quoting system. This cost me an extra 600.00 to have done. Then that same patio started leaking. Called in several times and was told they would come look at it. Well they are now ghosting me. Now that they wont return my calls I ended up having to call another roofing company to fix the problems from the leaking roof. I would NOT recommend this roofing company.
