After checking the contract, I saw that Jay's Flooring states they aren't responsible for any damage in these areas. While the carpet itself was installed fine, I won't be hiring them again. The ladies were picking out tiles and were talking about grays and I made a comment that grays are going out, as a designer warmer colors are coming in. He was rude to me and said , Lisa his wife is already working with them. Listen, I'm not coming in to steel clients, I was there to buy carpets . He, didn't care why I was there!
