Reached out to them for a repair after I cleaned up some moldy MDF baseboards, where the drywall sucked up water coming in under the baseboard. Scope was to replace drywall, paint and texture match, install new PVC baseboards and caulk everything. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work around which was 14 sqft and drywall and 12 linear feet of trim replacement. I keep buckets of paint for all the paint used in the house so matching was easy. The drywall work and paint work was superb, absolutely zero complaints it looks like it never happened. Comparing Fast Patch crew's work to the guys who did the bathroom originally makes the original folk's look like toddlers. Fast Patch made very precise cuts for cutouts and didn't need to slap on mud to fill huge holes. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. I know it sounds small but you'd be surprised... I did ask them to caulk the baseboards to the floor and that didn't go so great. I get there can be some weirdness when caulking across a grout line so I expect imperfections in those areas, but the person left the tape used to square the caulk for over an 1 hour on the floor so when it was removed it ripped the caulk and lifted the seal from the floor and ripped out many tiny sections so the gap still exists. So it will need to be all scraped out and redone to get a good seal. In their defense they are a drywall company so not sure if my complaint is too valid, but it does mean more work for me immediately after the repair. If I need a drywall or paint job in a more isolated place i.e. middle of wall ceiling I would 100% use again. read more

They ended up filling it with foam which was better than nothing, but I would have definitely preferred to have drywall there since it is in a water closet. We had a very frustrating experience with Fast Patch and would not recommend them.They gave us an estimate, which we accepted, but when they showed up, they told us the price would be more than double the original quote as they hadn't realized the extent of the work. That alone was concerning, but it got worse from there. They only did work in one room, which they stopped painting the ceiling a foot away from the wall and it is very noticeable. We were then told the complete job would be delayed, and it ended up being put off for two weeks. During that time, we had already moved all of our furniture out of the space, expecting the work to be done--so we were left living in an empty living room for no reason. On the day they were finally supposed to come back and complete the job, which I had planned to show them the poor painting finish, they didn't call to discuss, they just emailed us and said they believed the cracking might be due to a structural issue and that they were no longer comfortable doing the work. At that point, we were back to square one after weeks of inconvenience, with no solution and no accountability. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and last-minute cancellation made this a very disappointing experience. read more

An old H2O line which fed the frig icemaner was capped off when the new frig was installed BUT eroded over the years. Finally water began leaking spreading through to the floor, the basement and SOAKING about 8 square feet of drywall on each side of the wall (which separates the kitchen from the dining room. After replacing both areas, Fast Patch took samples of old wall and matched it to blend in seemlessly with existing walls in TWO rooms, They were painted, spreads with texture, primed, then painted. This was accomplished across 2 visits - allowing the repair to "set" for 5 days before painting. The two employees who handled this job were OUTSTANDING! I'm VERY particular about repairs to this house which I designed - (I've been taken advantage of in the past), so I was nervous until they arrived. They were prompt and professional yet extremely helpful and patient with my many questions/concerns. ALWAYS courteous, they kept working while I often watched, amazed at their confident efficiency. Bottom line? I'm beyond impressed! I watched my house being built from concrete pour to framing, from plumbing and electrical to siding and roofing -/and EVERYTHING in between. Scheduling the job was simple and straightforward. Pancho was punctual, reviewed the work and confirmed that the quote holds good. (In case they felt the work was more than was thought from the picture, they would inform and get it approved before starting the work). Very happy and satisfied with the end result. Won't be able to tell that it is patched portion and not original. Pancho went above expectations and did some minor fixes for making the whole wall look better. Fast Patch did great work repairing 4x circular holes left in my walls (2x wall, 2x ceiling) after network cable installation. Kelly M. did the work, and when I told him I would like to watch and learn, he had no qualms about explaining what he was doing and why as he went! He came at the end of the evening and stayed late to finish the work, with the promise that after everything is dried, if I'm not satisfied to let him know and he'll personally come by to fix it. My ceiling is heavily "popcorned", and Kelly worked hard to scrape off the working area and retexture it after the job was complete to make it as seamless as possible. I'm currently asking Fast Patch for a follow-up quote to remove the popcorn ceiling entirely to modernize my home a little bit, and based on Kelly's workmanship and expertise, I'm confident they'll do a good job. read more

EDIT: After a strange and contentious email exchange with Jered at Fast Patch, we ended up having a discussion via phone. He explained that there had been some miscommunication, for which he apologized, and he made a good faith effort to repair the relationship with a token refund, which I appreciate. Thanks Jered. PREVIOUS: So so disappointed with our experience. We had them out to fix a couple of spots in our drywall. First was water damaged in the ceiling, second was around an outlet. On the first visit, the tech cut a huge hole in our ceiling but wanted to wait to replace it until our roof repair was complete, which is reasonable. He told us he'd sealed the opening completely to keep water out. Unfortunately, we trusted him, so when it rained, our flooring was significantly damaged, as you see in the photos. Also, on the first visit, he pulled the wiring out from the outlet and said he couldn't fix the drywall, leaving things much worse off than when we started. The company charged us $150 for this visit, which had the end result of us needing to repair both the wiring and the drywall around the outlet ourselves, and out floor being damaged. :/ On the second visit, they did a fine job of replacing the gaping hole in our ceiling. But they never ever acknowledged the damage they did to our flooring and charged us an additional $250. All in all, we paid them ~$500 and they just left us arguably with many more expensive problems due to their actions. So sad and dissatisfied. I recommend you find another company with whom to do business. read more

A leaking toilet on the second floor caused drywall damage/ a giant hole in the first floor kitchen that we needed to repair. Jamie and Danny came out and prepped the entire area carefully before starting to work. I had replaced some of the soggy insulation with new stuff and when they removed additional drywall and found some mildew on the wood, they were kind enough to spray Killz and make sure the entire area was dry and mold free before doing the repair.
