They consistently communicate with you during the whole process. The best part about the whole rental was the early drop off and late pickup. Although, definitely not guaranteed, because of how busy they were, they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. We were able to not only play with it on Saturday, but enjoyed two extra jump sessions on the day before and after the party.

They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. I asked about what safety precautions he takes concerning high winds and he definitely had a plan and policy in place. After reading the contract we were afraid we wouldn't be able to continue because we don't have a layout for our sprinkler system and he uses 18-in. spikes to tether the bounce house. He was prepared with 500-lbs of sandbags at a very good price. He was timely, his contract was clear, and he communicates well with his clients. When he came for the bounce house, he spent a considerable amount of time vacuuming and wiping it down inside, so safety is a priority with him. I also rented and paid a service fee to have a 10x10 tent setup and staked down (thank goodness because it was super windy that day), as well as, a few orange cones and tables. What stood out to me was how they were willing to do a same day delivery and pickup without charging an abhorrent amount. I also appreciated how the delivery fee was less than a $100 and not some crazy amount which I've been quoted from other companies. I paid $72 for ten chairs and an 8' table. My guests sat outside on the patio to eat! I had 39 people inside my 2100 square foot house and the ten chairs and table were perfect. I also really like the idea of not having to hoard or store furniture I can't use regularly.
