I'm so glad I accidentally stumbled upon this nail salon! I originally intended to go somewhere else, but after having a hard time finding it, I ended up here instead--and I'm so happy I did. This place is truly a hidden gem when it comes to nail salons. I had an outstanding pedicure, and my nail technician, Moon, did an absolutely amazing job. She was attentive, thorough, and made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. The salon is very clean, welcoming, and professional. My only complaint was that it was extremely hot inside when I first arrived. However, when I mentioned that the temperature was uncomfortable, the staff immediately lowered the air conditioning. That level of responsiveness speaks volumes about their customer service. Overall, great customer service, a spotless salon, and excellent work. Lisa is my go to nail technician for SNS. I have to keep my nails short for work, so I don't get anything wild. I asked her do to dip French neon and was so impressed. Her dip manicures last the longest of anywhere else I've tried. And she thankfully doesn't do gel on top bc I think that makes the top layer peel which I hate and I dislike the black light. I've been going to Regalia Spa in Austin for a little while now, and Amy is the best! The thing that sold me was the first time I went, she made sure all of my nails were the same length and shape. Like she checked every finger, such a small thing but just shows her attention to detail. Plus anytime I see a fuzz or something, before I can even say anything she is on it and has already fixed it lol. I also love how upfront she is about costs, so there are no surprises. I have started seeing Lilly every 3 weeks or so for SNS and she is phenomenal! 10 stars if I could. She has completely changed how I wear my nails, as I've never been able to maintain my natural nails as a long almond shape before in my life. However, the service itself wasn't relaxing they wanted to do both my fill and my pedicure at the same time to save time and wouldn't let me turn the pedicure chair on so that I could relax. They were really sweet but the service was lacking. The person at the register ran my card three times because he kept messing up and locked me out of my card because of the security that I have on my card. He wouldn't listen when I said don't run it again you're doing it wrong. When I asked the pedicure tech to not cut the sides of my toes, he said OK and then started doing it anyways. read more

I'm all for second chances so I took her up on the offer today. My nail tech did an amazing job. He wasn't even aware of why I was there until halfway through the service so it's clear his work today was the norm for him. Zero stars if possible. I came in today on early Thursday afternoon with a friend to get a pedicure. We both sat down at the same time. From the get go my nail tech did not make me feel very welcome and was skipping steps in the $70 pedicure I asked for. She also wrapped steaming hot towels around my legs without waving them out first. When she started the massage she did not start a timer or show me the timer like my friends nail tech did. During my massage she loaded me up with lotion and FELL ASLEEP!! Many many times this woman nodded off while giving me a pedicure. I've been done for over 15 minutes and my friend is still getting her pedicure! We asked for the same and sat down at the same time with waiting nail techs. I'm so disappointed. Recently, I left feeling that my hand and toe color weren't matching (it may have been something with the bottle formulation, or the fact that my hands were gel), but my hands skewed more coral while my toes were a true red. Not sure what's going on... I've been here many times and the level of service has always been great but it's declined. I showed up on a Tuesday evening at 5:20 and sat down at a station at 5:30, no one gave me an estimated help time so I waited. I waited an hour (6:30) until someone helped me and had the most rushed experience. Granted, I didn't have an appointment -- I heard "we have a lot of people on vacation, ooo, etc..." I understand that, but at least tell me it's going to be a wait so I can leave and return. I watched 5 people walk in (4/5 didn't have an appointment either) and get helped before my hour of waiting was over. The white haired male also only offered a $5 discount for the hour wait and a "see you next time". No apology. What happened to the customer service here... read more

My best friend and I have been coming here for awhile she really likes Amy and I usually go to Lily. DONT let "kimmy" do your nails she gave me one of the worst nail experiences I've had in awhile. When she first came to the chair I smiled and said hi and she just rolled her eyes at me and kept pulling my hand like there wasn't a body attached to it and flicking my fingers away. When I asked if she could do another layer of the dip because you could still see my nail she kept giving me attitude about it and forgot to do the design I asked for and tried to say I didn't tell her even though I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. Update/Edit: This place rules! I've gotten gel, SNS nails, and regular pedicures here for years. Gel last two weeks, the SNS last several weeks, and the pedicure last for a month. They do excellent and efficient work, never have to wait, and everyone is friendly. They even offer a complimentary beverage like a mimosa, wine, or iced coffee. It's also a massive establishment with brand-new massage chairs. It feels spotless as well. I also appreciate that the staff always offers extra services or upgrades, like an extended massage or nail art. They pamper the guest. I have been in search of a nail salon near my work and home. I decided to take a chance and stop in. First impressions, the salon itself is very clean and uncluttered. There is at least one empty chair between customers. There are plexiglass dividers at the manicure tables and in the pedicure rooms. Everyone is wearing a mask and customers are asked to wash their hands upon entry. So far I have had 2 gel manicures and one pedicure. My experience has been positive. There are a ton of gel colors to choose from. My nails still looked good after two weeks and my toes even longer. I highly recommend Olivia. She has done great job. I found Austin Venetian Nails and Spa on Yelp prior to traveling there. Location wise, it's next to Hobby Lobby. Don't trust the GPS! The interior is pretty and clean. The stations where you get your nails done are also clean! The service was great! They offered us a complimentary drink (water, red wine, white wine, mimosa, etcetera), which was a nice start. I wanted a SNS black french manicure - this was a difficult ask as you're dealing with powder and it's hard to maintain the lines. Regardless, Tammy did a great job! She also painted the silver line I wanted underneath the black of my French. Her attention to detail was much appreciated! I made my first appointment with Regalia after 5 weeks of letting my sns nails grow out. I booked ahead with Maria for a full set and then had Dan for a pedicure. I kid you not when I say I received the BEST service I've ever gotten at a nail salon. Maria took my Instagram inspiration and gave me my favorite manicure ever. She walked me through the process, continuously checked in to make sure I was happy and even brought me a mimosa when she found out it was my birthday weekend! I waited two weeks after getting this manicure to post the review and after many swim sessions and a few nights out my nails are still impeccable. My pedicure was also just as fantastic thanks to Dan and his excellent craftsmanship. He was thorough, kind and gave me an incredible foot/leg massage. I've been coming to this nail salon for years, and they really do a beautiful job. I'm disappointed in the last few visits I've had because I've felt SO rushed. If you're too busy, or if you don't want to stay past a certain time, then be transparent and change your hours. If I come in two hours before you close, there's no reason you should be turning the music off and cleaning up around clients and rushing them out the door. My toe nail polish chipped the second I stood up because I was told they were dry but they were not, they were just ready for me to leave. Rushed to pick a color, rushed to my chair and rushed through the whole service. I really do love this place but I don't suggest coming during busy hours or anywhere close to closing. read more
