Heard great things about owner Lisa through a friend however she was booked out later than I wanted so chose Vickie who was available on the website. Vickie seemed nice, color was pretty good but hair butchered. I spoke to manager but because they are contracted independently I needed to speak to stylist Vickie directly. When I told Vickie what happened with hair and how my old stylist (who is all the way in Marble Falls now and drove just to have her try to salvage it but it was very bad) she became very angry and defensive. My layers were uneven and not blended and abnormally short. Face framing not existent but that's an easy fix. Hair looks thinner than it ever did. I didn't want Vickie to correct it for obvious reasons but simply to refund me just for the cut since color was fine. I've never asked for a refund for hair in my life and it was that bad that my old stylist said you should really ask for one. Vickie rejected the refund defensively after starting off apologetic. Thought the communication was good until she grew rude. Disclaimer: I wouldn't say not to go to this salon simply because I heard great things about manager/stylist LISA and wouldn't want to hurt her business but DO NOT go to stylist Vickie. Owner Lisa was very much apologetic and offered to do my hair or offer product compensation. Poor customer service from Vickie though and such a shame since I thought at first she was so sweet! read more

Michael Speck is AWESOME!!!! I started with Michael 20 years ago in Houston and was terribly upset when he moved to Seattle. Losing a good stylist is like losing your favorite shoes! They are just not replaceable! FINALLY MICHAEL IS BACK!!!!! What I love about him is that he truly listens to my wants and needs. He provides direction at my request so that his skills and imagination mixed with my hairs leaves me feeling so beautiful when I leave the salon. He's a very like-able, real, down to earth stylist! I have been living in Austin for 15 years and have never found a stylist i like. My hair has lots of challenges and no one has been able to tame it.. Until now! Michael styled my hair incredibly well. He took his time and contoured it to fit the way my hair lays naturally in addition to making it stylish. Even though he took off at least an inch my girlfriend didn't realize i had gotten a cut because Michael did such a great job. I have paid twice as much for a cut not half as nice. Ok....so, for most of my adult life (I'm 30) I have been platinum blonde. Well last year I had the "bright" idea to dye my hair dark brown. Aaaaand I did it myself. Hot mess! I went to see Bebe as a last attempt to fix my totally butchered hair. This was my third cut in a few weeks. I was very nervous about doing anything to it. Bebe was wonderful. She really listened to me and my concerns. She took her time and did an amazing job on my hair. I was so happy and comfortable with her, that I booked a color appointment for the next week (which also turned out better than expected) and I am taking my son to see her too. Suna is absolutely the most AMAZING stylist I have ever had. I trust her SO MUCH. I am naturally blonde. In a year she has dyed my hair copper, to magenta, to deep purple to back to blonde. She always listens to me, but also lets me know what is best for the health of my hair. I have never walked away with something I didn't like. I usually get my hair cut at a near by Sport Clips or something similar, but my girlfriend got her hair done here and told me I should try it. It was a great way for us to bond together getting haircuts at the same time. We drive all the way from Parmer and its definitely worth it. Bebe is the best! She puts so much care into her clients hair and she really listens to what you want. You can tell that she is passionate about her work, and that styling hair is much much more then a job to her. I absolutely love my color and the way my layers are falling, and can honestly say that this is my favorite way anyone has ever cut my hair. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with getting my hair done here. While the people were extremely nice, my appointment was 20 minutes late (which got me back to work 20 minutes late). Also, I feel when you are getting your hair done the stylist should insure you are really asking for what you want. I told the stylist I wanted to keep my length and that I was very happy with the color and how it looked. I wanted the color the same (maybe with a low light to help blend) and to cut off the dead ends. It was just below my shoulder blades when I went in and now sits atop my shoulders. I felt something was wrong when she mentioned bleaching my hair (which I have never done before). She kept saying "I did what you asked for", but I never asked for short hair. Anyway, while she was very sweet, she is very inexperienced. I would suggest giving her time to grow. I promise I will not return to this salon nor will i suggest a friend to go. read more
