Austin Roof Repair was recommended to me for some work that needed to be done to repair damage that trees had done. They did a complete inspection and found a few things I did not see originally from the ground. They took pictures of all needed repairs to show me (safely on the ground) and explained everything that needed to be done. They are super professional, incredibly nice, thorough and did really good work. By thorough I mean thorough! They caulked around vents and such to ensure I wouldn't have any leaks and to buy my old roof a little more time. The team all wore masks and were respectful of social distancing. We have had an on-going problem with a leak in the roof of the sanctuary that I contacted George about. Having done other work for us I felt comfortable that they could find the issue and make the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, the next hard rain we had the situation presented itself again. This was especially important since were experiencing a lot of rain at the time. They were flexible: working with me to use the materials I specified.
