While walking the perimeter for their cleanup they also took extra time to blow off the leaves from my back porch and make sure my driveway was taken care of also. In the following days after installation I did not find a single nail or any scrap pieces of roofing material. 5) Professionalism. We had a specialty HARDIE product installed, I called HARDIE and GTE was one of the names given to me as capable of installing this product. Michael was professional. His pricing was very [VERY] fair. He coordinated with my other workers on the project. I am a difficult customer to deal with but Genuine Texas Exteriors managed to tolerate my constant questions and do a great job at a good price. My only remaining complaint is the number of nails on the ground after they left. It is also a problem with other roofing companies. I gathered about 30 nails. One extra hour of work by one person would reduce this to 3 or 4 nails. Overall, Genuine Texas Exteriors has a good business plan, good people, a great product and they do good work.
