We had a horrible experience with college hunks for today's move…read more We originally had two reservations, one in PA to load the moving van in the morning, and another to unload the moving van in DC in the evening. First the morning move was cancelled several days before it was scheduled. The local office said the national office didn't have their schedule and they had no availability. We had to schedule with another company to do the loading a week later, which ended up going smoothly. However, we decided (foolishly) to keep the unloading with College Hunks. They were scheduled to arrive between 6 and 8pm. Around 3:30pm, they called to ask if they could arrive early. We said they needed to keep the original 6 pm time because we were driving down from PA. They called again at 7pm to say they were stuck at another move and they would be late. We expressed how important it was to do the unloading tonight because we needed to return the truck in the morning. They said ok. At 8:50, we hadn't heard from them, so called the national office. They said someone would get back to us in 15-30 mins. By 9:30, still nothing so we called back. They said a manager or the "hunks" would call us ASAP. It's 10:30pm and we've heard nothing. Please save yourself the headache and use another company.
