I asked her to call me ma'am, but she doubled down and called me another patronizing name. Why are they there if they don't want to respect disabled people in all aspects? Isn't Hope Hospice about caring? Maybe the facility itself is, with its paid staff, but the volunteer-powered store is sorely lacking.
