Almost exactly two years from our first coffee shop review, it's kismet to return to the town that started it all. This little corner bookstore/wine bar/coffee shop cafe has everything you'd need to spend the day relaxing and reading amongst friends. Ordered the usual: decaf flat white with heavy cream. A small wait, as the place is busy on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of opportunity to browse the shelves of books and such. Y'all, the short wait is worth it- this is a perfect cup! Ratios are just right! Hot and steamy, with a very flavor-forward coffee that cuts thru the richness of the cream and soaks your mouth in deliciousness. 5/5 excellent! Met another Miata owner outside, so obviously the people with good taste stop here.

Recommend: Yes Cute little bookshop, with plenty of seating, books to buy, yummy coffee and food. I came close to closing time but they were so friendly they didn't rush me out. It def has a small town feel where everyone is welcome to sit and chat. The pastries are home made fresh. The books are from various genres. I didn't get a chance to se it outside but it's def a place I would check out during the fall in the cooler weather.

Super cute stop in for work or a quick bite! They have books in every category from classic literature to kids and cooking! The staff is welcoming and friendly and the working space is cozy and full of good energy! Missed the breakfast by a few minutes (ends at 11 but was told quiche and bagels were made fresh daily and they sold out!) coffee was delectable and refreshing!

A beautifully curated little bookstore cafe! They have a gorgeous display of new books and bargain reads. Built into what looks like a residential house, this place is a great quick (or long) pit stop.

I find myself returning to Pecan Town & Books often, and every visit reminds me why. Whoever is running this place is doing an excellent job! The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and perfect for adults who want to enjoy a good cup of coffee and an absolutely delicious lunch. It's the kind of spot that makes you slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple pleasure of a well‑run local gem.

Best cold brew I've had in a long time (other than mine Owner was working in the register and taking orders, super friendly and personable. Give me a quick little history of the building and it's previous owners. Vibe is very warm and welcoming throughout the entire property. Cold brew is fantastic and that is an understatement.

Visiting from out of state we came with my elderly aunt that always raves about pecantown books and brews and I totally understand why. We came for Saturday brunch with a very travel wary 10 year old that was walking a tight rope emotionally and the owner was right on it trying to find ways to help turn his mood because no one wants their kid to be a mood in front of elders. A bowl of their amazing popcorn and some fresh fruit and I had a new child. I had the arugula salad and it was perfection as well as my super cute latte. The vibe was immaculate. The bookstore is just so darling with a great variety and we also picked up some coffee and a magnetic bookmark. I wish I could transplant this place to Massachusetts because I would be here all the time. Thanks for always giving my aunt a great time when she comes.

We passed through this super cute town to stumble upon this cute coffee shop for some breakfast, book finds, and of course coffee! Looking for something simple. This is your place!

The ambience was all breathtaking. The aura and the aroma of the restaurant was heavenly, I regret ever leaving this place for descending back into the mortal realm of fast food and unhappy people. This place has destroyed my life in setting an unrealistic expectation for hospitality and quality of cuisine. Your life will never be the same.

What a great concept! This bookstore in Seguin is absolutely adorable and welcoming. It seems they have a rotating food menu which is great. Amazing selection of books. I love the selection of craft beers and other adult beverages. It's so nice to relax with a book and a good beer. The decor inside and out is near perfection. Love the little outdoor patio with all of the benches carved with author quotes. Really great group of employees who seem to really love being there.

Lovely. Wonderful. Kind. Welcoming. Thoughtful. A gem for downtown Seguin. The food is good and the staff treat you like you belong.

Food & coffee was very good. My cappuccino was hot where in many cases it comes out warm!
