We had a large oak tree fall a few weeks ago and we were really worried that more would follow so we decided to get quotes with the highest rated companies on Yelp. We contacted 5 in total, 3 came out the next day to quote. Denis came out last and was very patient with us when we had questions to clarify and reconfirm what would be included (we have alot of trees on our property). Once we confirmed and accepted his proposal, we agreed for them to come on Monday. I then requested if he can remove 1 of the 16 trees before the weekend so it's not an eyesore when we were having guests. He happily obliged and was there at 830am on Friday to remove that tree. Denis was one of the first people to respond to my job. He came out within a couple of hours to estimate the work. I had 25 trees to prune up, in various states of health. His estimate was in the lower range of the ones I received. What was most impressive was his detail about the work that needed to be done and his knowledge and expertise. I had a large tree limb that was growing over the roof where I wanted to install solar panels. I needed to get the tree pruned to avoid the shading. I contacted a bunch of companies for quote. He was able to come to my place in 30 mins for survey. He gave a reasonable quote less than others. He came back the next morning with a truck and trailer and another helper. Denis offered a reasonable quote- not the lowest quote I got, not the highest, but fair. However, when I messaged him to ask when he could come do the work, he never replied. I saw the read receipt on my message, but he left it open and never responded. I called and left a detailed voicemail asking him to call back... again no reply.
