I had an event at my home where I needed the patio to be made. I informed them that if I cannot re-schedule my event, I will need my money back. To this they agreed. We complained and the owner said she would give us a refund on the next cleaning , but then she canceled the next cleaning giving us the excuse she had only five girls working that day.
