UPDATE: you can't make this stuff up, after receiving my engine and cabin filters in the mail, I went to change the engine filter as recommended and one of the bolt on the filter housing cover was broken and the soft engine cover was cracked, this is unacceptable, how does a "certified" mechanic do this and not one replace the part he broke or at least explain and apologize?
