This company installed our A/C and, ever since, this system has been giving us problems multiple times a year. After some research, I decided to call another company. Barry from Blue Bear came out and conducted a very thorough evaluation. He laid out all of our options clearly and showed us pictures and discovered our whole house filter wasn't changed by the previous company for a very long time, even though we have a maintenance plan. I was concerned about air quality after construction. We realized the builder didn't cover vents properly so construction debris (drywall bits, saw dust etc) was in all the returns and some of the vents. Ray did not consider the job complete until I was fully satisfied. They also have some really good options for air purification which I purchased. Overall, I'd highly recommend them and will use them for annual cleanings.
