This company installed our A/C and, ever since, this system has been giving us problems multiple times a year. After some research, I decided to call another company. He laid out all of our options clearly and showed us pictures and discovered our whole house filter wasn't changed by the previous company for a very long time, even though we have a maintenance plan. They started off with two gentlemen who arrived within 24 hours and perform visual and hands-on inspection of our entire plumbing and electrical, including our panel.
