On March 25th I had an appointment with AirNow Air Conditioning between the hours of 8am-9am for my yearly Maintenance check with a Jesus Lopez. At approximately 7:55am Jesus Lopez showed up at my house and was very professional introducing himself to me and asked me if I had any questions or concerns about my air conditioning unit! I did have one question in regards to my thermostat being off line for quite some time and didn't know how to fix it. Jesus fixed it and when he fixed it and then explained it to me. When I got back from the summer in Massachusetts and Maine Spectrum cable had changed my WIFY and I was unable to change it and it wasn't working properly on my thermostat until Jesus Lopez fixed my thermostat and when Jesus finished the job he checked everything on my cell phone with ordering filters and made sure everything was working properly and checked my address and took the time and went over everything with me! Even after he left my wife said he was excellent and was very thorough with the service! That's the reason why I gave Jesus a 5 star! Air Now and Brandon Patrick were AMAZING!!! This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any HVAC company. They were the first company to really show they cared and took the time to diagnose why for 13 years my house was not properly cooling and more importantly, why it was not dehumidifying. My house was built in 2013 and is very energy efficient. It turned out the builder and original HVAC contractor oversized my house with a 5 ton unit and did not set up my zoned system properly as well. The manager, Chris, did a new load calculation on my home and inspected every room, attic space, etc. and determined I only needed around 3.5 tons of air. So he outfitted me with a 4 ton true variable speed and variable management system that was specifically designed for zoned systems with multiple zones and thermostats. For the first time since I built the house, my A/C is both cooling and dehumidifying properly for the first time in 13 years. Chris, Brandon, and Daniel were SPECTACULAR! They were very fair on pricing and even got me 3 years of interest free financing! I finally found my HVAC contractor for life! I highly recommend Chris and his team for anybody that wants an honest, fairly priced, expert HVAC contractor for your home or business. read more

Our nine year old Frigidaire heat pump decided to stop producing heat on the coldest two nights that this part of Florida has seen these record breaking temperatures in decades. So I took a chance and called AirNow at 4:00 am Monday and ended up actually talking to a live person and I was placed on Monday's list for a technician to troubleshoot the problem and to possibly fix it. Unfortunately he was unable to make the repairs at that time. Phil explained what was wrong with the unit and what he could do to repair it, but the cost of repairs were adding up and made it questionable to move ahead with the bandaids on a nine year old unit. So as of about noon on Tuesday I have a new heat pump installed and performing nicely. Brandon, Neyver, and Hector did the installation and did a great job. Nice young men. Justin arrived and performed a thorough assessment of our Air Conditioning System. Not only did he show me pictures of his findings, he actually explained the why as to what was going on. We talked about my current practices that could attribute to the issues we had and how to fix them. He also told me the appropriate air filter to get, which I loved because previous techs wouldn't/couldn't tell me what size to purchase. I am very glad I called AirNow, I called Monday morning at 8am explaining to them I had an old unit and it was time to get it replaced. By 10am Jim arrived at my house right on time. He was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We both agreed the unit was shot. The next morning Steve and Drew showed up at 8am with my new unit. They did a great job explaining what they were doing and before I knew it they were done. They too were very efficient and knowledgeable. Amazing people and wonderful techs. Chris and Jim both are very knowledgeable about their work. We were more than pleased with the work we received, for the price we paid. High quality work doesn't come cheap. Our air unit stopped working and it was very hot almost 95 in the house. They came right out , service the same day and they gave us more than one choice to fix. We didn't at all feel stuck with something. They made us feel like we were their fixing it with them. The techs walked us through each and every step of the way. Our ten year old HVAC is on it's last leg. We called AirNow because they did a great job of maintenance this past summer. A rodent got in and made a racket. Chris Whitney came to serve. What a great guy guy. Professional, personable and extremely helpful. We ordered a new unit. It was installed the next day. The team was great. Came early and completed the installation in about six hours. They were courteous and professional. The LG 2.5 ton HVAc unit is extremely efficient, and almost silent. We love the 12 year warranty. My A/C stopped. Late in the day on a hot Friday. Air Now came out promptly. Phil Dion, after a complete inspection, fully and clearly described the pros and cons of repair and replace options. Patiently and without any pressure. I opted to replace. And they'd credit me the cost of the last year of warranty toward the new one.
