Despite the young lady at the front desk (wish I got her name), I can say I had a great experience overall. My wax was done by Shaneka who made me feel comfortable and at ease. She thoroughly explained each step to me which kept me in the loop about the entire process. My swedish massage was with Jalisa, she did a great job, was very nice to chat with and had my body feeling relaxed after. She worked on my problem areas that needed attention.
