Unfortunately, Bradford-White does not sell to retail stores, so they recommended two local suppliers. The first, in VA, gave me an estimated replacement cost of $1,900 to $2,000 for the water heater, installation and removal of the old unit. Then they told me they do not service DC. Thank God! This is what led me to call Northeastern Supply. They offered to sell me the same unit for $362, and I found a local plumber who will install it for a couple of hundred dollars. Pat at Northeastern supply was very helpful on the phone. She patiently looked up the model I thought I needed and went over the dimensions so I was sure it would fit. I asked how much delivery would cost. It is free in DC!! The next day they delivered on time, but I noticed before I opened it that it was not the unit I discussed with Pat. When I called, they immediately said "oh, that's our fault," and they promised to bring the right unit the next morning, which they did. All the people I interacted with were pleasant, helpful and professional. I haven't encountered such great customer service in years. I will certainly do business with Northeastern Supply again whenever I need anything they sell.

I spoke with Mike on the phone last week about my situation. He was professional and patient with my little worry-filled self. He followed up diligently to my questions / concerns and provided resources that were helpful for my situation. He worked w my uncertain timeline due to this particular unstable individual's unpredictability. The situation ended up resolving peacefully. I am grateful for Mike's support throughout it, and I highly recommend working w him for your security needs - whether as a little female like me fearful and needing help; or private security for dignitaries; or for organizations needing security for events. It was difficult to figure out what to search for with private security, but through this experience, I learned through a bit of research that Virginia's Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) has a website where you can look up a business related to security and see the license info (and make sure they are legit too if you're working w one private individual). You can also read into what the differences in training are for each of the certifications. Mike has agents available who can serve as unarmed and armed security with arresting authority. (There might be more security services his business does, but this was mainly what I was needing so that's what we spoke on!)

I sat there with Natividad for over two hours and she could not complete a very basic tax return. About 30 minutes into the appointment I could visibly see her struggling, kept asking me the same info 20 times. I asked if there was an office manager to help, she said no.
