My first time using house cleaning service, and I think I'll use it more regularly. Two ladies arrived right on time. They are very professional, easy to communicate. It took 3 hours to finish ( My condo is 1500 sqft). I'm very glad to see the bathtubs and sinks sparkling clean. My stove top had oil stains, and it looks like new again. All the furniture surfaces were mopped, corners are cleaned. I just noticed that the cabinets right on top of the microwave was not cleaned, there were oil stains hanging at the edge of cabinet door, and I wiped the stains off with kitchen towel. But I'm very satisfied with the cleaning overall and think it worths a 5 star. read more

I own a 75 lb dog and two adult cats, and as much as we try to keep things tidy, it's not the "clean" clean we you would like your home to be (bc litter tracking, dirt tracking, and fur...like a lot of fur, y'all know what I mean pet parents) and frankly my fiancé and I are rather occupied and too tired to really put in the effort required for a deep cleaning. When I started my cleaning project on Yelp I reached out to several cleaning services and Jessy's was definitely the most affordable all while having good ratings. Scheduling was easy enough and payment was contactless (Venmo). I ended up paying $175 in total for a 1 bed/1 den/2 bath 950 sq ft apartment. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, wiped down all the countertops, cleaned my microwave, cleaned the top of my stove, wiped down table surfaces, dusted my fans, and what I'm most grateful for -- cleaned our bathrooms that needed a good scrub and chlorine soak. The only reason I'm docking a star is because my appointment had to be pushed almost two hours after the agreed time; this was fine since I had today off but I would just appreciate a little better communication next time so I know when to expect company. She was very responsive to all my questions - I've only gotten my house professionally cleaned a couple of times, and she made me feel comfortable. I came home to a spotless house - we try to be neat and tidy and keep a clean house, but sometimes you need some extra help to get the spots you always miss or don't really think about. Especially working full time and having a toddler and dog. They surpassed my expectations. Used their services for a total of 3 times. The first clean was their "deep" clean and I was totally impressed. Thought I had found the perfect house cleaning company. Second time around...sloppy job. Emailed my complaints and they were responsible and even offered a discount on the next cleaning. So we gave them another chance. Come home yesterday after their so-called cleaning and had an entire list: 1. The stove was barely cleaned. 2. The appliances and countertop pieces in the kitchen were left dirty. 3. None of the trash bags were replaced even though I left trash bags on the counter and several trash bags are missing from the roll. 3. The danger of the gas being left on alone should be and will be reported. 4. Once again the bathroom was not cleaned appropriate. THEY LEFT THE GAS STOVE TOP ON. Not only was this extremely dangerous, but the smell in our house to our dog and our children. We will not only never use them again, but will report their irresponsibility to whoever we can! I didn't have an opportunity to view Jessy's Yelp page until the morning before they were set to come clean my condo. With the less than glowing reviews, I wasn't very hopeful that they'd do a good job. Yet, I'm happy to report that I was very pleased with their work! After soliciting several cleaning quotes from craigslist, I settled on Jessy because they had affordable pricing and a pretty expansive cleaning checklist. I made my appointment on-line via email and was given a 30 minute window as to when the cleaning crew would arrive. They arrived within the specified time, we exchanged brief hellos, and they immediately got to work. I opted not to have my office cleaned, so I closed the door and waited there while they did their thing. To my delight, an hour and a half later I exited my office to find my home smelling fresh and looking good. They neatly organized items that were left out on counter and furniture tops, the bathtub was restored to a bright white, and my hardwood floors shined once again. I was really impressed by the details of their cleaning including sweeping under and behind furniture, as well as thoroughly cleaning windowsills and baseboards. I plan on continuing to use the service on a monthly basis and am hopeful that quality will remain the same. read more

My family has been hiring Jessy for over a year now, but we are unhappy with her lack of professionalism. I will call to schedule, and she canceled on me THE DAY OF. Again, Jessy and her crew were supposed to come today, but another no-show. I called to see what was up, but no mention or call to cancel beforehand. Regarding their cleaning, it's not the best and it's not the worst. I think their cleaning is very surface level so when you take a look at places that aren't visible, like under the bed or in the corner of the wall or stairs, there's still dust everywhere. I have been using Jessy's for several years now . I have had different people come to my home to clean. Only a few were really super and did many things that a lot of services do not do that we wish they would do. These people were usually family members of friends or neighbors who had a business. But of all the rest, Jessy service has been the best. No, they are not perfect, they don't do a lot of what I would do, but then I am very particular. If my house has gotten really dirty I go into places they never do and clean those myself, so when Jessy's team comes they are doing the bulk of the rest of the work. The surface work. I've never had workers who were not good. The house looks good when they are done. Never had a problem with the bathrooms, or things being broken or misplaced. Nothing ever has been stolen. I also am retired and need help cleaning my house. I am always home when they come and I am always washing rugs and doing other things, like dusting my grand piano and collectable tea cups myself. I also try to speak a little Spanish with them. That helps with relationships. It also helps with getting the job done pretty well. I know not everyone has the luxury of doing this. If something needs more work, I request they do it again. Also, they will "do" windows quickly but I'd rather they not as they don't look any better afterwards. They only do the inside very quickly. I have pull out windows and if I take my time, I do them myself. Then if they look bad, I have only me to blame. All in all, I continue to have them come. They follow my directions and I check on their progress to see that all is going well. They aren't perfect, like I said. But good for me right now. Never expect anyone to do it as good as you, and never expect them to do dirty jobs that you don't want to touch yourself. I used to clean a couple of houses to pay for my car, when I was in college. Some people can live in some bad dirt. If you want a really deep clean, you are going to have to pay more for a company that is an expert at it. read more
