Misleading, Overpriced, and Unprofessional…read more I wish I could give zero stars. I hired this company to handle service for my divorce paperwork and was completely misled. They never mentioned that they don't file documents in Montgomery County (only Prince George's), which caused me to miss my 60-day filing window. I spent over two months waiting for a court date, thinking they had filed everything. Their email simply said "affidavit attached," with no explanation that I needed to file it myself. A simple note saying "we do not file with Montgomery County courts" would have saved me a huge headache. To make things worse, I later learned from the court that I was overcharged -- nearly $200 for something the sheriff's office does for $60. When I called to share feedback, the owner was extremely defensive and wouldn't even let me finish explaining. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating, expensive, and avoidable. Be very cautious if you choose to use them -- ask exactly what's included, and don't assume they'll actually file anything for you.

When they replied I said I was waiting for more quotes to come back and clarified that I would actually need rush service instead. This resulted in the owner, Mark Wesley, leaving the following one star review on my company's Google review page: "Super rude. They requested a rush quote. Rush quote provided. They responded "Thanks, it will actually be a rush. I'll see what other responses I get in the morning. Thanks." Apparently they do not read well. Arrogant reply. Please send your business elsewhere. Thanks" I never used their services, and they never used mine, yet the owner decided to drive my reviews down. I also don't see how my reply was arrogant or rude in any way. I reached out to Mark to try to get clarity and hopefully get him to take down his review, but he never responded to my emails, so here we are. His was one of the better quotes and I probably would have used his service, since he was the first to respond, had I not found that one star review when I woke up this morning. The thing about this company that ALL people should be aware of is their motive to CHARGE YOU MONEY…read morethey don't tell you about. For example: the first time I used their services I was told about one price (what I will be charged for process of service), of which I told them that, "I don't need this 'rushed' or nothing like that." They still served the papers and charged me the regular amount plus the rush fee. I let that slick business move slide thinking that this business cant possibly be that bad after reading all of these "good reviews" but to be sure I'm going to set up a test. Little did they know I played dumb the entire process to see how they really operate and I am telling you that if your a common person looking to have paper work served on people this company will take advantage of you. So, I already had inside information on the person I wanted served right but wanted to employed Torri for a second time to see if they'd follow the rules of service. Second time I employed them I made it very specific that there was a dead line to meet and if you don't make that dead line I don't want your services. Guess what happened? Not only did they miss the dead line and I had to hire another company to do the work in another state but weeks later they still charged me full price for work that they did not even do! They didn't even call me to tell me that they didn't make service or meet the dead line. There was no communication from them even after they randomly charged me for without my authorization. Now I could file an action against them but its not worth the time or money I'd spend bringing the action so I called them demanding my money back b/c for one I didn't give them my credit card information a second time, or authorize a payment and they lied about keeping a record of my bank info. Torri tried to give me some sob story about how hard her people work to serve some papers, even after I told her that the place she's sending her guys to is actually an attorney's house who specifically said to her servers that the person they are looking for is not a resident or lived there! IT WAS AN OPERATIONAL STING to see if this business is legitimate and I am here to tell you they ARE NOT. You will be over charged. They will hold onto your personal information and require you to give them your bank information. You will be charged without authorizing any payment. If you use them once they retain your credit / debit card information also. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THIS IS YOUR WARNING.
