We looked at the roof together and in the end he reassured me that while there was a couple of shingles that were off he then explained why he didn't think that it required any further work. The insurance piece was uncharted territory for me and intimidating enough to not move forward with seeking a roof replacement after a large hail storm. My project manager stayed consistent and on top of the job from start to finish including holding the insurance company accountable when my insurance tended toward delayed responses or even inaction. They replaced the roof first. We had a leak, but the new roof didn't fix that issue. They promptly sent us a bill for the roof and other items that they hadn't completed yet. We paid for the work they had completed and waited several weeks for them to start on gutters. Our Insurance claim stated to remove and replace all gutters and downspouts. They only removed some of our gutters and removed no downspouts. When we asked them about it, we discovered that they hadn't read the insurance claim and didn't know what work was expected to be done. We also contracted with them to repaint window sills, deck ledges, repair screens and replace a broken window. When we asked about those items, were were told that the roof and gutters were all they were going to do because it wasn't profitable for them to do other stuff.
