I took my vehicle in to see what all needed done. He gives me a list of different things as well as a price. And then tells me they finance. I shouldn't need that you wouldn't think. So I took the list to advanced auto and asked them for a quote for the parts needed. Then I went to O'Riley's and asked for the same thing. Then I started to buy the parts needed and change them myself. And in so doing this the list I was given from Auto Aid was not even accurate. I did not need brakes and rotors also wouldn't you tell someone they're completely missing the driver side sway bar link. There was nothing there. Idk but I won't be back. read more

The staff were very courteous and really know how to help her as a damsel in distress; with Super Reasonable and Fair prices. Would highly recommend Auto Aid to anyone. The lady at the front was very nice and personable. Although the two "mechanics" were NOT. Just some people trying to make money by telling you there were things wrong with the vehicle that needed to be fixed when in-fact there was nothing wrong. Took it to a mechanic a family member recommended and he let us know there was nothing wrong. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. Do better. read more

In the beginning, this shop was great. My adult children have had their vehicles in many times. However, it's gotten worse in the past year or so. The location is terrible for cars entering or leaving, and there are always too many cars on location. It's difficult to get in or out. The last time my oldest son was in, he had brake pads installed. They were installed backwards. My youngest son just had an oil change and had to have his car towed back to the shop. They told him it was a faulty filter, but it was installed incorrectly. They never offered to make their mistake good, and pay for the tow. We won't be back. read more

This shop quoted my mom a repair of $900. They had her phone number and she checked in a couple of times while it was in their shop. She spoke to someone the day it was supposed to be done, and they never mentioned any additional repairs. She went to pick it up and they charged her $1800, said more problems were found. They should have checked with her, as this pretty much wiped out her entire savings. The folks also told her there was a 4% total charge for using a debit card, which came to almost $70. Technically, they can give this charge but businesses don't have to charge the maximum, particularly when the repair is already so over-budget. read more

Very nice folks. Good work. Absolutely terrible and unsafe footprint. Land surrounding the building is so full of vehicles that it was impossible to access from the east side of the parking lot.. the south entrance was just as bad. Cars everywhere; pulled into only spot available but will have to back out onto busy 7th street to leave. I'd like to score higher but super concerned about the safety of customer access. read more
